You should check directly to exchange the Token. it's more accurate.

It depends on the base price for token they are using (different exchanges have different price). There are many sources. For tracking purpose, I usually look at the lower value.

I will just ask, why is it the token balance on MyEtherWallet are different?
According to ETH (https://etherscan.io) there is a total value of $263.18 while in Tokens (https://Ethplorer.io) theire is a total value of $ 301.84. Why is it different? even though they have the same ETH address and has the same no. of transaction.
