Just for the record, I was able to complete my cashout in the form of BTC, withdrew the entire amount. Not sure I'll be using them again next year as they have some bizarre cashout conditions (such as must use a new BTC address for each cashout, must not use a VPN during the cashout). Not the worst conditions I've ever heard but will be looking for a new sportsbook for this year's NFL season.

I searched around and found this website, might want to try it, it might help. https://www.prokerala.com/how-to/call/united-states-of-america?from=philippines

the website shows what dialing format you need if you are calling outside of the USA. at the bottom of the website, you'll see the image below, you just need to put which country you are calling from and the website will show what dialing format you need to put when calling. just a note that I am not sure if it'll work but if it does, I'm glad.

Hey, it worked, thanks! For some reason I thought I just had to enter the country code, but it turns out the "00" was required first. I am sending you a PM about your reward.

The problem it turns out is they don't allow people to try to do cashouts when using a VPN. Hopefully they won't give me a problem about being in a foreign country. I'd say its about 50/50 that they will, we'll see.
In this temporary difficulty of yours, i got a good idea about this fact. Which can be help us in the future for such type of problems. I am thankful to @acroman08 for his good suggestion.  @nutildah I would be happy if you were completely successful in this concern.

Hey if anybody can just tell me how to connect with a 1-844 number outside of the US
The code "1-844" is a toll-free area code in the United States. I have tried to find out about it for a long time but it is not possible to do so. Because toll-free numbers cannot be called from outside the specified area. If you are outside from the US, you will not be able to contact this number. You must use an alternative method of communication, such as email, social media, or Internet-based communication services. I tried to find a contact number from their web also. You can try if you want.

So a video conference is not even good enough to activate your account? Strange if that's the case. I guess they have a rule in their terms that you must be residing in their country to play at their platform.

I don't know about getting 1-844 number but I've read that apps like openphone are used by many service contractors outside US but working for US companies. It's probably worth to look at.

This one may work too

More than just a toll free service provider, AVOXI delivers all the business phone services you need. Available number types in the US include:

1800 Numbers: The original dial-code of the US & Canada, 1800 numbers are widely recognized and harder to find compared to standard toll free.
Standard Toll Free: These work just like 1800 numbers, but come in different number formats (833, 844, 855, 866, 877, & 888).
Local DID: Phone numbers with city-specific dial-codes. Phone numbers labeled "TrueLocal" ensures your local caller ID displays during outbound calls.

there is no way to use your previous btc address?

I asked and they wouldn't even consider it. Only way is to phone them.

I have never fallen in such a situation where only direct contract number is given to solving any issue.

I like your profile pic, lol. Yeah the situation is weird AF but at the end of the day the only chance I have of getting my withdrawal is from contacting them.

This sportsbook advertised on a lot of podcasts that I listen to. That's why I thought they were trustworthy.

Hey if anybody can just tell me how to connect with a 1-844 number outside of the US I will send you a free Dogecoin NFT (a token on the Dogecoin blockchain from 2014).

However, on most review websites they are always among the top best bookies.
Still can't be taken as the conclusion.

IMO, most legits review it's from a forum review while everything is came from the user. I don't really believe to any kind of review site, because still can be faked by partnership (paid) review with the site. Example like "TrustPilot" there has some service to boost a fake testimony.

So, never take any advice/review from a review site.

Damn withdrawal terms and conditions, there are a lot of them. [ https://help.mybookie.ag/knowledge-base-2/cashier-terms-and-conditions/withdrawal-terms-and-conditions/ ]
Perhaps your account flagged them and temporarily disabled them because you have changed the withdrawal address [perhaps for a security reason]  --that was on their TOS.

However, on most review websites they are always among the top best bookies.

Does anybody else use this site and have you ever had problems with them? They also go by mybcasino.ag; I looked them up and they're the same entity.

I had been using them for about a year and a half without any problem, did a couple of withdrawals, but then I got hot during the NFL playoffs, won my Super Bowl bet, and now they've disabled my account b/c they didn't like that I was withdrawing to a new BTC address (the reason support gave to me, basically).

After doing a bit of research I'm not prepared to call them scammers yet. The only way they will help me resolve my issue and re-enable my account is if I call their help line, which I can't do b/c I'm out of the country and it says "invalid number" whenever I try to call.

Guess I need to figure out how 1-844 numbers from outside the US, even though I have a US phone number.

The irony is I at one point acknowledged the have an "awful reputation" but then totally forgot about it:

Sorry about the experience. It's definitely my first time hearing about the casino (would you mind sharing its link?)

There is nothing much members here can do to help recover your money especially if you deposited in crypto.

I was surprised by the title of this thread as MyBookie is a pretty bigtime operation; of course their URL is different:

https://mybookie.ag/

Turns out the casino is owned by MyBookie, at least according to this review.

They advertise on a few podcasts I listen to... they spend a lot of money on advertising, too bad the hosts don't know they have such an awful reputation.

For whatever reason I forgot about my comment before making a deposit there.  Roll Eyes

Anybody ever have similar issues with them?

Only one number is given to contact with them. If there were some other means of communication, maybe a better solution would have been found on the matter. If you can contact them and if they take that step it would be better otherwise i can consider this kind of behavior as a scam. They should have at least mail communications system that you can keep as evidence. I have never fallen in such a situation where only direct contract number is given to solving any issue.

I would suggest you wait until you are back in the States and call them as requested. Having your account or withdrawals temporarily frozen can happen. I had it happen to me recently. I am not going to name the casino as it doesn't mater in this discussion. The problem wasn't in a new BTC address or a different IP, they noticed I logged in from a new device, so they temporarily blocked my withdrawal. I needed to contact them over my registered email for them to know it's really me.

I was certain they would ask for KYC, but that wasn't the case. I used a different laptop, the system noticed it, and halted my withdrawal. I actually didn't mind it. After 30-40 minutes, the case was resolved and my withdrawal was processed by them. The only thing that was weird was their suggestion that I enable 2FA, which was always enabled from the day I signed up. Probably just a mistake on their side.

never heard about them and I don't think it's something good they require a phone call only to a number and not accept phone call from skype/teams or whatsapp!
they are talking at phone for each issue Huh
moreover, what they need to discuss over the phone and not via a simple message/email?

there is no way to use your previous btc address?

I checked this website on Trustpilot and I saw this which I believe should be summed as a poor rating:

There are plenty of legit gambling sites on this forum to wager and to place sport bets, they are the only ones that I trust while if not on this forum, I will make further researches even beyond when they were established.

According to the further researches I did, MyBookie.com is not a good gambling site.

I haven't heard about the casino either but it's a good thing you where able to reach out to the support, I think there's little or nothing the forum can do to help you retrieve your the account, so if you say it's calling the support is the only way then try to do that as early as possible, just figure out a way, if you have a trusted person in your country you can talk to them and make them call in your behalf.
If the issue is resolved, I hope he should not use the site again, check the Trustpilot reviews and see what I am talking about. There are many gambling sites that we can use which are legit and also very trustworthy.
