From what I've heard it is legitimate, they just aren't very good in their communication.
Has anyone used digexservice successfully to cash out to VISA?
There is no support email at the site, and the operator doesn't respond through PM here.

Got a response and the card. Seems to be valid. Definitely need to send an automated email once the bitcoins are received, so that the customer knows they didn't send them into the never never, which is so easy to do in bitcoin.
