Hi. I have 1000$. I want buy Digibyte. What do you think about it? What the price in 2018?

I think that you will get good profit with Digibyte in the next year but it is better to buy 10 perspective coins instead of one

Why you didn't buy DGB in November 2017 when price was near 100 sat? Don't buy it now - because it's on highs and dump can happen everytime and you will have losses

Why do you want to do it? There are a lot of much better projects which could give you a huge ROI. Take a look and Quantstamp, GIFTO, DragonChain for example.

Digibyte is definetely a good coin but I don't understand what exactly they are working on, they are like a big company interested in all use cases of blockchain besides that, they spread exaggerated news to pump the coin.

Yes. This is definitely a good idea. And I will suggest you still find other coins that are going to be profitable in the future like this coin. Don't invest on a single coin only.

I hope you're supplementing your research with MUCH more than Bitcointalk.  Most of what you'll hear in this forum is biased because either people have a stake and want people to buy, or they hold a competing coin and want you out.  The best thing to do is head over to CoinMarketCap and visit and research each link.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/digibyte/

After reading whitepaper, reading most if not all the announcement thread, you should eventually connect to their Discord, Slack, or Telegram channel.  In this case, DGX has a Telegram channel: https://t.me/DigiByteCoin

You are seriously asking how much will be the price during the next year? Let me tell you that it is impossible to know.

And this altcoin has been seriously hyped a lot during this week, because most of those who were afraid of bitcoin (the high fees, the long time that you needed to wait) so they started using digibyte, a lot of people consider this coin as the Chinese Bitcoin.

But no, for me, this coin is completely useless, i prefer doge and they are useless by the same way, only that doge is funny, lol.

Diversify your investment, mate. $1000 in DGB is a lot, it may drop it may not. As I say, Diversify.
