Nesenoff & Miltenberg say they serve Florida clients in Broward County, Miami Dade County and Palm Beach County and they say they specialize in Bitcoin.

They even accept legal fees in Bitcoin, http://nmllplaw.com/bitcoin-lawyers/.

[edit] Personal details removed pending the outcome of legal action against this scammer!

Will be contacting the police in the next few days, as he as stopped responding to me via email.

Anyone know a good lawyer in Florida that would take up this case and follow up on this guy?

I warned about it to people before and when i asked about details they didn't provided anything.
Try to contact bitpay, I am sure they can provide you their information like Name, Bank account etc If they opted for bank transfer, but if they used bitpay to process btc to btc, you are out of luck.

I have contacted Bitpay and they are looking into the matter for me now. I doubt they will provide me with the guys details due to privacy etc, but if they take down his account at least someone else might not get scammed.

I have done a fair bit of investigating and I am 99.9% sure I know who this guy really is, real name, phone number, address etc. I don't want to go into details on how I got this information just yet.

I have contacted him and told him I know who he is and please could he kindly return my bitcoins within 7 days or I will contact the police and / or start legal proceedings against him.

They're processing payments with BitPay. Maybe they still have something in their account there?
Also, their site is hosted by http://www.inmotionhosting.com/

DO NOT TRADE WITH DIGIMETALS!!

DIGIMETALS ARE SCAMMERS!

I ordered Gold on the 11th of April 2014. Queries were answered within a day before I paid.

6 weeks later no order has arrived and can get no response from Digimetals through the website or direct to Patrick Genaro's gmail address.

Order was for 3.81 BTC or $2440 at the time including shipping!

Also I contacted minutemancoins.com and they said they were not associated with Digimetals.com!

Phone numbers appear to be fake also.

They also claimed to be a Bitcoin Foundation Silver member which is not true.
