I have looked into building an app (https://expo.io/) but it would be a decent amount of work to make it native.  I was thinking of making one that would just pretty much launch a browser and make some of the pages look better for mobile browsing.

Using an ID and phone number seems fine for verification.  It would have to be done manually tho.

I will try to keep spreading the word and working on DAM.  Thanks for the input.

This is what I've been looking for, transact each other using third-party escrow and can be paid via paypal.
Stripe is a good option but it has a limitation as it serves only a few countries such as Canada, Denmark, Luxembourg, HongKong, New Zealand, Norway, and Singapore (don't know other countries). But, I do like google pay,  it's even better due to some advantages it has, you can pay anyone even though he doesn't have google pay as long as he has an email address or phone number (most people have it).
Maybe you can ask an id (pic) and phone number for member verification

Please continue your work and spread the word about Digital Asset Market, it will grow bigger and bigger over time as long as you commit to keep developing it. Next thing is a mobile app (ios and android) to make it easier transact everywhere.

1. Only US dollars are used for pricing.
2. The integrated payment methods are Paypal and Stripe which means they will show on the site automatically when the order has been paid instead changing them manually to paid on the site and payments are automatically split for multiple sellers.  Like if you buy x from John and y from Sallie then you only pay 1 time and Paypal or Stripe will send the right amounts to each seller.  Other payment options listed are bank wire, check, and GoogleWallet so pretty much anything.  I could add an "Other" option just to put the details of different payment methods.
3. The seller needs to have an option to accept payment but it doesn't have to be US dollars.  I'm tagging items to search for the payment method(s) so buyers can search for items for how they want to pay (e.g. https://digitalassetmarket.me/search?tag=Stripe).
4. The buyer and seller transact directly.  This is one reason in mind why member verification is so important.  An external escrow service could be used and is recommended.

Digital Asset Market (DAM) is a good idea, another form of an exchange.
May I ask some questions?
1. The only currency accepted is US dollars?
2. How the payment execute? through bank service or anything else?
3. How to transfer dollars if the seller doesn't have a bank account in US, UK, or in Europe, maybe the seller is someone from Japan.
4. is it transaction in 2 direction? only seller and buyer who transact directly or DAM act as middleman (escrow), such as a decentralized exchange.
as you said: Once an order is placed then the seller gets an email and will have to send the crypto.
Does it mean the payment already sent? or DAM have it in the bank account-etc?

I created a website for buying and selling crypto for dollars.  It's pretty easy to list what crypto you want to sell and the payment method(s).  The price for the crypto is based on the CoinMarketCap price with customizable criteria to get the price you want to sell.  A minimum price can be set to avoid market drops, specific customer pricing for friends, and etc.  Once an order is placed then the seller gets an email and will have to send the crypto.  There is not API access at the moment but this is a feature I would like to add if the site gets used a lot.

I'm looking for ideas to make the site better.  Verifying the identity of users to avoid scamming seems like the most important thing right now.  Using FB, Twitter, Google, or LinkedIn does not seem like the best way to allow access but does allow for a quick signup process.  I'm looking into https://my.miicard.com and if it works well then will probably make this the only way to signup.

What do you think of the market?  Any ideas? Questions?
