Do there exist digital currency commodity holding companies in India, for example, which issue pnotes or for which depository receipts are available (like ADRs, for example)?
Either might allow for accelerated American investment in digital currencies while allowing the holding companies to engage in market maker activities, potentially reducing price volatility.
