The company behind BullionCoin is registered in the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man is not part of the UK (but is part of Great Britain) which is why the Isle of Man and England & Wales have a separate company register.

Some background: ABX and BCX have been set up so that precious metals miners can sell their bullion directly into both physical & digital/crypto PM markets.
"Digital Gold" is due to launch BullionCoin & the BCX exchange in about 4 weeks time. It is reported to have fully integrated its systems with ABX in order to have access to ABX's wholesale market for the supply of physical to back BullionCoin, its vaulting network for the storage & management of that physical & to access their allocated physical price discovery facility.
I have been unable to source much info about, "Digital Gold Ltd." They are based in the Isle of Man, company number: 014783V
