The British Library conducted a survey with about 3,000 participants with the purpose of creating a digital “Magna Carta” for the Internet age, resulting in a top ten list of declarations for the World Wide Web.

This could easily be as important as the original charter. 10 commandments of the internet, why not, some rules and regulations should exist, and for the same purpose as the Magna Carta - to restrain the all mighty from abusing their power.
