I have received an e-mail from support yesterday. They apologized for the delays but explained that just a small base of users are currently invited, so during this beta stage they expect some delays in withdrawals and request patience from us.

I have received my withdrawal directly to my cryptsy account, well after 1 week or so waiting.

Well once someone partners with Cryptsy you should know what to expect by now.... Smiley

Its been 72 hours and still no withdrawals, this is going toward scam, beta or no beta. How can they just sit on Bitcoins and not process payments?? I would have been able to do it myself manually during this time. SCAM...?

Maybe try raising a ruckus on the Cryptsy thread ? Might wake someone up.

DigitalBTC Partners With Cryptsy for Mining Platform Launch

Published on September 17, 2014 at 01:14 GMT

DigitalBTC and Cryptsy are building a new platform called digitalX Mintsy that will offer both tradable mining contracts and mining infrastructure, enabling users to mine with their own equipment as well as the hashing power they purchase.

As part of the deal, Cryptsy will invest $250,000 in the Australia-based bitcoin mining services provider. The project will open for registration tomorrow.

Maybe this belongs to the Scam Accusations?

I don't think this deserves to go there yet... it's still in beta,

maybe they just have to get their act together...lol

Definitely perhaps a forewarning though..

Yeah, also have 0.10 BTC pending there. Contacted Support, same response.
I do think however that it's not a reason of concern. Even if they're in beta, I think that they should've taken some measures to let people withdraw or process them manually, but in a more timely fashion, not in days...

Well, I registered with them but haven´t done anything yet. Wanted to see how it turned out. It´s run by Cryptsy,  right ? Maybe what you´re encountering are teething problems since it´s in beta.

A Wound in Eternity
I signed up for a beta account with Mintsy.co and made a deposit of 0.25 BTC to buy a contract to try out. All was well and my deposit was credited. Then it turned out that you can not buy contracts with your BTC balance but you are asked to deposit to another BTC address. So, I wanted to withdraw my 0.25 BTC and it was marked as pending:

I thought maybe I had to wait a few minutes but more than 24 hours later the withdrawal is still pending. I contacted support and they stated:

"I do apologize for the delay, currently during beta testing withdrawals are done manually. We will be processing withdrawals throughout today and tomorrow. Thank you for your patience."

This has not happened, so be careful with Mintsy.co and do not use this service.
