Manipulating any coin is illegal but since crypto regulation is not active yet i don't see where this crime falls under, honestly if im holding any digitex i will just sell it off right now, hearing this from a project CEO makes me sick

I have digitex before and I feel like I escape their nightmare since I dump it on a pretty good price coming from their airdrop. I thought at first they have really a good product but it seems like in the end they just keeping the hype on their platform. I was planning to buy the dip before but I can't sense any progress and only they are focusing on marketing and community refferal. They can bring more users, yes but not liquidity by doing that. They should improve what is theit exchange solely needs.

I think that Digitex was good too, but because of the failed and due to the obvious manipulated happened in their project, I never trust them again and just sold my tokens and leave their community and never get back since then, let's see how the CEO will overcome all of this if ever they are really a legit one and not just doing hype.

I am very upset that the price of DGTX is in such a problem zone as it is now. I have invested in this project a very long time ago and constantly monitoring their development. The project constantly updates and participates in some conferences. The project CEO is always in touch and communicates with the project community. This is a very alive project with very great prospects. I worry that the price can no longer rise as high as before, but I continue to wait for it

Obviously many are more or less manipulated. Laws exist but in some cases it is impossible to do otherwise than cross them, especially since cryptocurrency is not regulated almost which encourages these actions.

What do we make of this?
Is this price manipulation legal?
Are all crypto companies at it?
Does price manipulation (especially of low liquidity tokens) cause most users to get rekt?

If it's illegal, who's laws does it fall under?  Unless the exchange is a registered company in a first world country, guaranteed they partake
they are just too greedy, and its just too tempting for them not too sadly
They also do this to try make coins look good, "oh that coin went up 200% today!"
Crypto-Trading is a minefield due to shit like this :/
basically yes, manipulation is illegal. But crypto itself hasnt been regulated. So it wont any laws fall under
As long as no regulation clear under this, the manipulation is still here. We cant avoid that

I myself just take it to my own sake. I like high volality market which can make profit ASAP
I just make sure that I take position with strict money management

Any manipulation is illegal and it will always be a scam to the users who are actively trading in the market. Yes it does caused by the manipulation with a huge gap in the buy and sell orders just bring especially for the new users to get rekt because they are thinking if that was a healthy pump caused by something big.
Not all of the companies but some companies have manipulated their own market. You just expect to create FOMO and hype from your manipulation to the market but you also fool others at the same time when you are doing manipulation. avoid any market that has a huge chance to be manipulated
