Yep, I guess fighting terrorists does have the effect of making you randy 
or it makes you believe that every men in the 1B Muslim is a terrorist... very handy for the home grown terrorists. Certainly a plot from the CIA to have freeer hands on the homefront to commit their sins (gmos, sextracking, prostitution, illegal plants and co, virus spreading, disunity spreading, backing and supporting and providing their backers).
