Wow I learn something new about this currency every day.

Openly posting ways to wash away dirty money using this currency. Without being too much of a moralist or hate promoter, should not the admins be taking note of such conversations?

I am sorry if I sound too Gandolfish.

Ha, this is nothing. The rabbit hole goes way deeper. Welcome to the forums.

Thank You Grey.

Overall this community has a friendly mature vibe towards life. This is definitely a plus.

i loled at mature... it can be mature but most of the time its not... some people like to bitch a few are even helpful and from time to time you get a noob troll that gets owned by the community. its a good place to hang out and most of the time theres something thats either so stupid its funny or so smart its intresting

Hello , a friend of mine got some dirty bitcoins.
what if he sell the bitcoins to bitstamp and buy new bitcoins from bitstamp.
He got clean coins now and he can cash out without getting traced to criminal activity??
If a bank ask him how he get to the coins he will say from gambling on a tor casino ?

Have your friend send the 'dirty' bitcoin through a mixing service. The 'Send Shared' mixing service at blockchain.info has very good independent reviews, also 'Bitcoin Fog' is good. You can search for the article "Anonymity of bitcoin transactions - an analysis of mixing services" by Malte Moser at University of Münster if you want to see a scholarly analysis of mixing services.

Both services should be connected to through Tor for anonymity. One advantage the 'Send Shared' sevice has over 'Bitcoin Fog' is the 'taint analysis' tool you can use to prove to yourself that there is no correlation between the input and output addresses of the bitcoin you mixed. 'Send Shared' is also the least expensive mixing service at this time.

Hello , a friend of mine got some dirty bitcoins.
And, of course, you have to help him out because he's "your friend". I mean, that's what "friends" are for, right?

what if he sell the bitcoins to bitstamp and buy new bitcoins from bitstamp.
He got clean coins now and he can cash out without getting traced to criminal activity??
Until BitStamp gets a subpoena from either the cops trying to trace the dirty coins, or the taxman trying to trace where the cash came from, at which point the connection between the two will be revealed.

If a bank ask him how he get to the coins he will say from gambling on a tor casino ?
And if the bank asks him for the transaction ID of the winning wager, he'll be able to provide it, because he was smart enough to plan ahead and send a small amount of coins someplace prior to receiving the larger payment? If not, he doesn't (just) need a mixer, he needs a shady accountant to help him come up with a more believable story. For a list of qualified shady accountants in your area, please contact your local Mafia representative.

Hahaha, I always love your jokes. What you should do is create another account, send bitcoins to primedice, bet your money on 98% (pray to god that you will win), cashout and there... If you lost your bitcoins, it wasnt my fault Tongue

I think inputs.io has a built in scrambler. If you dont want to pay a fee, create online accounts, relay bitcoins through them, send bitcoins to betting companies and then cash out, and stuff like that.

but what if you sell the dirty bitcoins to bitstamp (fake id verification) and buy new ones and cash out true another bitstamp account on your name??

if you that way enclined then send them to an exchange convert into an alt coin send alt coins to another exchange where you can convert and cash out to your currency

this way it will piss off anyone trying to trace them and i dont believe exchanges keep hashes of which coin was changed for what

Well, there are mixing services -- "coin laundry". You send coins, they send back different coins, minus a fee.
