I updated and now i use this new thing.

Are wallet addresses linked some how together? If somebody knows public address of one of my Ledger Accounts, can this person/party figure out what other public addresses i have?

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
Looks like TREZOR is going to be releasing SegWit on their beta wallet pretty soon too.

In general the two hardware wallets have handled all these changes to the BTC network extremely well.  The freedom to spend your coins however you want is very important and a responsible hardware company gives their clients these options.

It still looks like it'll take a while before the majority of wallets integrate SegWit support and people use it regularly.  Before then the fees might stay high.
Segwit is a forced improvement program. You can't avoid it for long.
No.  You can continue to run legacy clients.

There are no disadvantages, only pros with segwit. Especially when most of providers, exchanges will update their software and with implementation of lightning network.
Lower transaction fees, small payment more fordable etc
Do not hesitate to update

Are there any disadvantages to use this new thing? Ledger Nano S users can use both new Segwit addresses and legacy addresses.
