This is troublesome. I got MultiBit aswell. And about to get my very first 0.01 within a few hours. Atleast according to my miner thingy, yes i admit I'm a complete newbie Cheesy

I have a question though, as soon as I installed it I got my address. Does that mean I'm ready to recieve and send BTC (once i get something into the wallet)?

I recieved a little more than 0.01 btc earlier today in my MultiBit wallet.  It disappeared a few hours after I received it.  I have since received other btc, but the 0.01 hasn't reappeared.  Is this common? Can I expect to see it again at some point or is it just gone?  I know it's not much, but I'm just worried about it happening to larger amounts in the future.
