This was the reason for it being reported:

"This thread is beyond out of the bounds for the mining forum"

I can't remember exactly what the thread said, only glanced at it once as I was a little busy with work when I saw the email.  It was already gone when I went to look back over it some more.

Well, after the first few replies it did veer into a religious vs. atheist/agnostic debate, but I would have thought that a more appropriate response would have been to move, not delete it.

What happened to the atheist mining pool topic? If it was getting out of hand, couldn't the mods just have locked it or moved it to off topic (where it belonged in the first place)?
