So let me understand this:  Instead of everybody paying like $480 per board in the other thread where we pool our purchase together we now have to pay $560 + shipping if we only wanted a single board?

Its not really like that! The minimum accepted quantity is 3 @ 520$! The price of 560$ is for the boards that are currently in stock and ready to be shipped today. All you have to do is to collect an order of 10 boards in your country! and you would be able to get it for 480$

All the fees will go to my chinese agent who is gonna handle the logistics. I am hoping to sell the 40 boards in 4 orders 10 boards each! this will make 400 USD profit for the agent! I think that is fair enough for the logistics administration process.

Roughly that, he's trying to grab the last available boards and redistribute them at a premium... However it doesn't look like he's actually going to get them.

The 5 boards currently in stock will be shipped from Belarus "I've received this boards @ 8th of march and its been mining for 10 days".

For April's order it will be shipped from China.
