it's no universal rule is there? it's up to the bounty managers, but you can't participate in signature campaigns since you can't have a signature
beyond that, it's up to you to find a good bounty

Can a Newbie participate in campaigns such as articles other than social media
There is a reason why the lowest rank of a forum is called newbie/n00b etc. They are supposed to be a new member of the forum and expected to read the rules and follow them rather than break them. Alas for this forum its mainly a love-cave for bottomfeeding communities to make money from and not for learning about crypto and related projects.

Seems like you need to learn how to contribute to the forum (so you can gradually rank up) and then think about earning from the forum from social media bounties or whatever.

Dont you all feel bad coming a new forum and then straight up asking "How to make money sir?" Literally the scum of the forum.

what do you mean ...? must have merits so that they can participate in campaigns such as articles
With all due respect, your English is horrible and it's hard to understand what exactly it is that you're asking.

If you can't put anything in your signature space, you won't be able to participate in signature campaigns.  Therefore, Jr. Members that got demoted to Newbies can no longer wear advertising (or anything) in their signature.  The only way to overcome this is to either earn 1 merit and thus become a Jr. Member again, OR purchase a Copper membership.

I don't know what you mean by "campaigns such as articles".  If you're a Newbie, I think you can still do the social media bounties (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, blogging) because those don't require you to wear anything in your signature space on bitcointalk.  Does that clarify anything?

If it's you, I think so. It's not like you just created your account yesterday. But it is till better to check the bounty rules properly as someone already suggested. Those with negative trust are the ones usually disqualified to join all campaigns and not newbie accounts.

Everything is clear in the forum rules,
You cannot participate in any campaign,
Unless you buy copper members or at least 1 Merit for Jr. members.
Well, you need to collaborate in furum which is useful. Where do you know, it's still good for you.

For sure you can't participate signature campaign (unless you pay for copper membership...)
About others campaigns - you must ask your Bounty Manager (or read bounty thread carefully) and you'll get your answer....
It depends only on him...

Sorry but I think you're no longer able to visit the forum anymore because the forum has evolved to increase their quality content.
Yes, they are risking their traffic but as long as the forum quality increase, admin will prefer to choose it !
