I am a little confused, are you want to sponsor a signature campaign or do you want to be a signature campaign participant? Because you made two questions, one about managing campaigns another is how campaign posts work. As a campaign manager, I take the works from the companies by communicating with them. We fixed pay rates and manager's fees as well. After we agree with both parties about campaign terms and conditions then start run a campaign. Sometimes companies ask where to make a post or where not to post, so managers have to follow the company's requirements, of course, I write all the rules in the campaign thread which is open for all the participants. Eventually, I select desired participants who applied to get in. I monitor them during the campaign and count the post accordingly, payment held based on post count. I escrowed campaign funds with me although all managers do not manage campaigns the same way. We would manage campaigns without escrow funds only for high reputed companies. That's how I manage the signature campaign. Hope you got both of your answers.

A person who saves on placing the correct announcement will not be a good manager, I think everyone understands this.
Partaking in signature campaign it has a criteria which members or user of the forum have to reach before joining a signature campaign, but in another form, campaign has it's own protocols or rules and regulations that guide the campaign according to the direction of the manager, so the manager many likely wish accept participants base on their position, in summary no specific position or rank signature campaign is meant for.

Firstly don't think only the high ranked members are getting the best from the signature privilege, everybody is, the only reason they are been paid more is because the forum has a ranking system and as such it's quite normal for those in the higher ranks to earn more due to the nature of their signature space.
With Senior member and above rank, your signature ads becomes more visible. The high ranks users most have spent more time on the forum and with the introduction of the merit system, they must have earn their way to the top through their quality contributions to the forum.
For how signature works, after projects has picked interest in launching a campaign on the forum either managed by themselves or a campaign manager from they forum, hired promoters are required to wear the signature code and avatar of the project and continue engaging in conversation on the forum.

Its simply work as advertisement. The higher the ranj the higher exposure of the project design called signature. From these design codes embedded and directly linked to their social and sites. There are different terms for signature some are paid per post and some are weekly depends on the manager.My question

You can see a lot of samples of these campaigns on service section. More projects are usually handled by reputable manager and based on the users or participants quality post before he can join such campaign. Are you willing to do one or join one later on?

From my understanding of the OP's post is seems he/she is picking interest in participating in signature campaign but doesn't know how to put in the words as probably English isn't the first language. Although this forum isn't meant for signature promotions still to give you some insight on how it works, basically you just have to wear the ad of the project you're interested in and counting contributing to the forum as you usually do.
The only good thing been in a campaign brings is that you get pay for the posts you make unlike before when your posting doesn't results in monetary rewards. Don't get carried away though as this forum is far more than signature campaign atleast that what I have known it to be but since I wasn't around for sometime, maybe something have changed.

No it is not mandatory to have full member rank to join signature campaign. Atleast you need to have a Member rank. Although being a Full Member gives you a lot.of choice. If you want to participate in signature campaign first concentrate on ranking up by creating good topics on the forum.
Yes it is not mandatory but most of the paid signature campaign requires full member rank and only limited signature campaigns that accepts member rank which is the lowest rank being accepted. Although not all signature campaign pay weekly or per 2 weeks as there are also signature campaigns from bounty campaigns/ICOs. 
It's too early for the OP to talk about a signature campaign while the account is not ready and still has a long way to go, so it would be nice not to think about the money from the signature campaign but to increase your achievements in this forum with unique content and to provide insight into the others much better and will make it easier for the account to be qualified and so on.

You've already made quite a number of posts about merits, ranks and earning from the forum. Merit is not the ultimate goal of the forum, sharing useful content and creating quality discussion is, merits is the by product of this. You should focus on the primary reason the forum was created first and you'll find answers to the other of your questions along the way.
Signature campaign isn't all about applying and getting accepted right away.
First you have to post quality contents to get Merits (people donate them to you), like helping other users or participating in discussions. Once you have gained enough Merits, your rank will improve from Newbie (0) - Junior Member (1 Merit) - Member (10 Merits).
Most signature campaign accept Full Members and higher but a few accept Members.
Take note, Campaign Managers will only announce once slots are available and there will be many members competing. So if you really want to qualify, you must have a good post history + earn more Merits within the last 120 days.

Rank to be able to wear signature is Junior member but no hyper link. Signature campaigns that pay in Bitcoin don't take Junior members. Some bounties accept Junior member rank.Bounties are not good choice because many scam projects run bounties and don't process payments for participants after all. Rewards from bounties usually low in value when you sell them on exchanges. Sometimes you can get luck but you should not hope for big money from bounties.
One more bad thing, when you join bounties, you won't be forced to make high quality posts. Bounties don't help you to increase your post quality and you can not rank up. Full member rank is the min rank to join good campaigns pay in Bitcoin.

Generally, a project or company hires a campaign manager. There are also self-managed by their own team. Regarding handling such as calculation and payment of salaries, I do not know exactly. What is clear is that they (managers) must be professional and trustworthy.
