I really got surprised here as I myself have visited their website (when it was still up and running) and it seems to be legit or real when you glance it as they have explained what their ICO is all about and also have a good whitepaper. Another thing to believe them is the full effort of their campaign having almost everything from Signature Campaign to even a Youtube Campaign you will see that they are active in promoting their ICO. This will serve as a lesson for the hasty buyers of ICOs as they need to do their own background checks.

If these crooks are caught and sent to jail, I think that is good and absolute for the entire encrypted community. I think the ICO market should be in charge. ICO sponsors should be supervised by the police. Now too many frauds have to be avoided.

I agree 100%, we have to send the message that this kind of conduct does not come without severe consequences. Just wondering if the community would welcome supervision from state police in the crypto-space?
I think all would agree if the impact given is positive. because if the supervision happens then it will reduce fraud. and indeed something like confido must be dealt with to avoid the next bad thing.

That's true, the sheer amount of scams in the space is really giving the crypto-community a bad name.

It has recently developed that Confido was just another ICO scam, managing to get around $400,000. They've deleted all information about their existence, their website is gone, and so are their socials.

I actually took the perspective that this situation is good for the crypto-space: https://www.mycryptopedia.com/confido-scam-good-crypto/
What are your own thoughts on the whole thing?
I've surprised about that. many people are buying it before and make the price to the moon. i just think the developer just use the raised money to pump the price of the confido token.
almost 100% decrease just in a day. Many people must aware with it.
