When I bought an item from Xanax/Zombie/etc, I used imsaguy as escrow and was eventually refunded. Xanax/Zombie/etc accepted the escrow deal to buy him time until he was eventually outed as never sending the goods. So... Just because a seller offers to use escrow doesn't mean you shouldn't, thinking that because he's willing to allow buyers to protect themselves, it means he's legit.
There's room for everyone to engage in commerce. If you want his items, even though he's not proven, you can buy his stuff & use escrow. I don't charge a fee for it, and imsa even refunded me his fee when I went through him and the item never arrived. Worst-case scenario, your BTC is tied up for a few weeks.
I understand, I am just saying I accept escrow. I didn't even know this "Zombie/Xanax" guy till now. So yeah if anyone wants to buy I am willing to go first or use escrow.
