Please disregard - I'm a moron.

I've got a full node running on FreeBSD on another machine on my network, now I want to run a single-connection node for Armory on my Windows workstation. This configuration worked with previous Bitcoin Core versions.

Now bitcoin-qt appears to be ignoring the connect= option in it's config file... Doesn't work as expected when used as a command-line argument either. I haven't tried bitcoind yet because I do like having the GUI open to show connection and sync status.

datadir="redacted"
connect=10.0.0.1
listen=1
server=1
splash=0
# dns=0
upnp=0
daemon=0
rpcuser=bitcoinrpc
rpcpassword=nope

This runs, populates the expected directory with it's data files, then proceeds to spam my internet connection. I want this to connect _only_ to my full node running on 10.0.0.1.

Anyone else seen this?
