Yea I am in same boat.  I have m20's on order, the 45th model as well, and I have yet to see anyone get them nor hear about shipping.  Whatsminer has some good miners and very reliable but I doubt I will be ordering again based off this.  I'm sticking to bitmain.  1 month of downtime because of the miners I ordered not running was a good amount of money to me and it seems like no compensation is being offered.  The same price of whatsminers I can get bitmain miners in stock ship same day practically.  Very piss poor management this time around from microbt.

We ordered M20 45TH from microbt. Contract number is  SPRGBM20S-201906-034, signed on june 26th, delivery time is 125 days. So delivery time should be oct 31th. But we already received miner on oct 14th. M20 do not have delay, most delay is m21S, M20S. Pls ask your supplier for contract number with microbt, then you can check the contract number with us or with microbt. Then you will know if microbt ship or not. If microbt shipped, then you need to push more.

yeah right now bitmain has gear that well show quickly.

others are making people wait.

Hi Philopma
Whatsminer is using 8nm samsung chipset,  bitmain is using 7nm TSMC chipset.  Before november batch, bitmain is not able to get enough chipset from TSMC, because most 7nm production capacity give to mobile phone like apple iphone11  and huawei p30 mate 30. Thus the reason why bitmain sell few miners on may, june , july, august and september. And whatsminer sale amount over bitmain this year.  From november, bitmain can get enough production capacity.

Whatsminer presell miner 3-4 months in advance, now all miners need to be shiped to clients who preordered them.  It is impossible to sell spot miners while preorders delaying.

If you are in the US, their sales partner is whatsminer.net

This guy is the marketing chap,  you are probably better off just contacting [email protected]

However I doubt they have better access to available stock than either pango or whatsminer.net as the parent company microbt.com who actually make the miners don't have stock avail till Jan

I mean I'm disappointed in my experiences with whatsminer's.

Received a test system just over a year ago, within a year of receipt the PSU died. Come to find out the warranty is no longer valid and we need to buy another one. It's been about 2 weeks since I said we want the invoice to pay so we can receive the new PSU with no contact from microbt.

whats the model of your whatsminer?  We will send you invoice and arrange shipment.

Ah ok, so you guys are affiliated with whatsminer.net who are your North American Agent and Support Center

yes. They help us to marketing, sales and support in usa.

Don't know much about new guy.

But pagolinminer has collapsed  the issue began in August.

As I am not an insider I don;t know what happened to them.

I like whatsminer gear but for now I amd buying mostly from avalon/canaan  and of course bitmain.

I have about 100th from canaan on order and 200th from bitmain.

Yes, whatsminer is very good miner, stable, high hashrate.

In pangolinminer telegram group, users are very disappointed. User's questions are completely ignored.

FAQ4: what about delays of whatsminer products?  How long time whatsminer delays?

1, yes, whatsminer delays. Whatsminer m20s & m21s & m20 &m21 use samsung 8nm chipset. Samsung wafer delays 2 weeks

because of japan & south korean trade conflict、reduced production capacity reasons.

2,Thus whatsminer delays shipment on august batch

, september batch about 2 weeks.  Oct bacth delays about 10 days. november batch will delay about 1 week. December batch will not delay.

FAQ5: Why my miners delay 1 month, even more than 1 month?

Condition 1, some reseller take you money and did not pay to microbt on time. For example, when you order september batch from reseller, reseller keep your money for days. When they pay to microbt, september batch already sold out, then reseller have to order next batch.

Condition 2, miner price is dropping because mining profit is dropping. Your supplier sold your miner firstly, then buy miners from market at lower price.
For example, microbt ship miners at september 30th, m20s is about 4000 usd. then resellers sell your miner at 4000usd.  Buy 1 m20s on oct 30th at 2400usd cost and ship to you.

My supplier is very trustable, he wont do this?  Frankly, most reseller did not place order to microbt.  You >>reseller A >> resellerB >> reseller C >> reseller D >> microbt.   Anyone during the chain is not honest, your miners will be delayed. Not only whatsminer, but also antminer if you buy from market .

How can you avoid it?  Ask your supplier for the contract number between him and microbt.  For example, we place a 3750 pcs m21s, to microbt with SPR-BM21S-201906-005 contract number.  If your miners delays more than 1 month, you can ask supplier for contract number. I will track the contract number for you with microbt. If miners of this contract number already shipped, then it means delays is from your reseller instead of microbt.

Hey there. It might just be best to pickup the conversation in this thread. Pangolinminer & Whatsminer FAQs. I get that you are a different distributor - you can also create a Service Discussion thread about your company. It's just most people interested in this are already active in that thread so posting there may notify them to show up for answers or discussion.

Are you associated with this account dj_wldwst They shwed up with some very nice coupons in January which gave a lot of credence to their claim of being DJMiner. Either way it's a benefit to have another company pop in to provide answers as some have pretty much gone radio silent.
