Bean Cash isn't mined since its proof-of-stake but its worth staking if you have enough to 'sprout'. Sprouting is like mining in that you'll need to have a computer running 24/7 to get block rewards. Unlike mining you can do this with any decent computer. I have a dedicated "Bean Machine" which I think improves my chances to Sprout.
Same is the case with "XP", it's not mined; it's staked.
