Nope. Because of modern routers have NAT protocols, only one IP is required to host a damn near infinite number of miners.

i was afraid to ask this in general discussion

In the Mining process (on a commercial scale) do bitcoin miners have need for 5 to 10 thousand IP addresses? I ask because i work with hosting companies to find uses for IP addresses other than Spam. some examples are SSL certs and DDoS Mitigation.
