I can get 8 cents for commercial use in the Brooklyn Navy yard.

I am limited to 1 30 amp circuit in my friends shop.

I should have done it back in feb but the margins were still tight . so I passed.

That is Washington State in the north west USA.

I know parts of India are pretty cold. Near the north by the mountains.
I don't know the rules or the power costs.

I am a regular visitor to India, and I can assure you that nowhere in India you can get electricity that cheap. The normal rates are like $0.10 to $0.15 per KWh. And the expenses will be more in India, due to the 38% export duty being levied on mining rigs, and the need for cooling. Also, there is a lot of redtape in getting the necessary permits and licenses, to set up a new venture.

stick with iceland and other countries that are not constantly 100 degree's +.. because no matter how efficient you can get the hashing chips.. cooling will eat into your profits, not only the electric costs of cooling, but the price of the equipment that can handle indian temperatures.

check into serbia and other places with know low temperatures

I Have Listen That Bitcoin Mining is Profitable in Iceland and China Because There Power Cost Is Very Low and There Miners Can Get A Big Profit Compare to Other Countries. Now 1 Power Unit Charges in India is 0.015$. Please Let me Know Compare To Bitcoin Which Cryptocoins Mining is Easy and Profitable.
