I guess the answer is it makes no difference which gpu's you use (hybrid or air cooled) as far as the room temp is concerned.
I'm a little surprised by this as you would think that the gpu processor running cooler would relate to the hybrid gpu not giving off as much heat. The gpu processors are where the heat comes from with these cards.

The GPU core still gives off the SAME heat!!! Water cooling is just a more efficient way of removing that heat away from the core. Water is more dense than air and thus, liquid cooling is superior. The heat will simply be dissipated through the radiator.
A water cooled setup will heat a room to the same temp that an equivalent air cooled card would. But the water cooled unit will likely be slighty faster at doing so.
Im concerned for your day to day wellbeing if you dont understand the basics of life like this. This is middle school shit.
