Obviously a scam.
Never ever trust anyone especially in online groups like that and never ever give such informations easily.
I've seen so many conversations as that of yours and your instinct is surely correct.

If you can also observe, scammers are trying to pressure the victims. Just like what he was doing to you.
Always be cautious.

I am not sure what he is asking for but usually, admins don't ask for other details that could compromise your wallet. The only detail that admins can ask to assist you will be transaction hash or public address. Do not trust anyone with your wallet information.

don't say I didn't warn you.

Definitely a scam. No operator or admin will ever say things like that. Just ignore it. A friend of mine fell for that, she lost atleast a 100k of tokens.

Encrypted hash wallet?
Wow, so he ensured you to give it in order to get your private key, right? I think this is new idea of scam where he will warn you about a mistake and make you panic. then you will fall into his deceive to get your private keys. Watch out of this scam. he is trying to scam you and then steal your money. Never give such important information to whoever, whether he wants to help you or not. Everyone that you don't know will never help each other moreover asking for important information about the wallet.

It is high time we became more security conscious. There is hardly anyone to trust, not even the team of a project because you can see their other side any time. Although, some of them are trustworthy, but it does not imply that you should entrust your security details with them.

Just hearing about encrypted wallet hash and why asking about that in particular? In as much as I don't know much about the whole thing, I would only suggest you mind the type of information you release to him because scammers have different ways of tricking people into coming in terms with them and thus releasing sensitive information. Get in touch with the core team if possible as it will aid you into making the right thing. And lastly one of the common things to know in every project group is that, no admin or team will send you a message first, any issue is discussed in the group and if you want their attention, you initiate a chat.

weird. what's your public address?

Die Kadseheute um 16:57 Uhr
never had any problem with uniswap and metamask

As I read into your convo, I'd never see that he ask your private key, he only needs your wallet address just to track your transaction and I don't think there is a big deal unless if he wants the keys also. But somehow you didn't even cooperate with him and tend to think that he will scam you and I don't think that was his plan because I'd find out that he is serious in dealing with you just to give the best solution and help you out. But it was hard for you to follow what he says and not giving him the address he asks.

I'm not a part of them but I see that he wants to help not to scam. I hope you get mind.

This is undoubtedly a scam, I joined the TrustSwap official discord channel and found in the #swap-scam room that there are a lot of members that this scammer who impersonates CEO Jeff Kirdeikis has chatted with. You should know that team members of any project will not send DM first and will NEVER ask for crypto / fiat or your private keys.

Never heard about such thing as an "encrypted wallet hash". But a cryptographic hash won't help his investigate anything. Maybe he tries to trick you into giving your seed or private key, because a hash and a private key have the same format. Either way, don't tell him anything. Ask him to explain what is the problem. Look at Metamask's github or social profile to see if there's a warning about some ongoing bug.

Your instincts are correct, this does look like a typical scam.

Exactly, I'm thinking the same way.  You need to be very careful. I don't think a support centre can request for seed phrase/private key to your wallet address.  Any request like that looks more of scam than real.  Be careful of giving encrypted information about your wallet out, especially if you have lots of valuables in there.

Don't provide anything sensitive even if the form of encrypted. They can bruteforce the password and can break the encryption easily. I think he is asking for the sensitive information which is usually encrypted. It is easy for them afterwards if you provide them even that.

Are you sure he is part of the team? If he is then report about it publicly and let other investors know about it as well so that they don't fall for this.

Bro any sensitive information about your wallet don't share it with anyone, if he is requesting all this information means he plans something bad and you should stop and not send that information to him at all, you have to be careful with such people.

Clearly it seems like an scam attempt, what the hell is encrypted wallet hash though? Is he reffering to wallet file? Anyway, you need to nothing to do. Make a small transfer, you have nothing to worry about.
True! Any attempt to get your private key or your wallet information other than your wallet address can be a risk! I'm sure that there will be nobody ask you for such a private and security question about your wallet. If anyone try to ask you that and you don't feel so safe, just drop the chat! Better miss something than being scammed!

It's a scam, you make sure you do not send him anything (hash, private keys or whatever) there is prolly no bugs on your wallet and 'Jeff' is trying to get you tensed up to send him private information about your wallet that can be used to steal coins from it. BTW, are you experiencing any bugs or difficulty in using your wallet?

If you have any issues with your wallet, contact support or any of their official pages or post it here on the forum for help, any pm that comes in this form offering help is a scam.

I don’t know what encrypted wallet hash means, but it seems that if you have an address and that hash key encryption, you could /derive for the possible private key? It’s just a guess, but what are you using their service for, btw? I think if you are in the right server, it’s safe to consider that they are an admin. Possibly verify his identity with the service too.
