No you do not need to have any ethereum in your wallet to receive other tokens. But you will need some if you want to transfer your tokens to other places. You need to learn more about ethereum and blockchain before joining any ICO. It is not good at all to do something with you do not need any shit about it

NO! you dont need to have ETHEREUM on the accepting wallet, you just need to have ETH on the sending wallet as MEW needs gas to send tokens.
where did you get this idea? though you need ethereum on the receiving token if you will place the token on ED a minimin of ethereum is required . just get some 0.005 or more to be safe as always!

Nope, no need balance when you want to deposit a token to your ethereum wallet. You will only need a balance to fee the Gas when you want to transfer a token from your ethereum wallet.
You don't need to Ethereum in your MEW wallet to receive or deposit the token. But while you sending or transfer token from the wallet need ETH in your wallet to cover the GAS price as fees. But, if you are applying for Airdrop some Airdrop need ETH balance in your wallet.
