Do i need to send tonight in order to receive BCC or can i send tomorrow and still be credited both?

If you are having the Bitcoins in your wallet for which you have all the private keys then you can still claim BCC later, you have to check whether your exchange supports BCC or not otherwise its best to send them to an exchange which does.
