During a bull market (when everything just goes up) you would usually see all newly listed coins moon. In these times such as December last year its literally almost impossible to lose money in cryptocurrency.

In bear markets like we are in now, you will see a much lower percentage of new coins gaining value. Many of them might list and drop below ICO price. You will only see the best of the  best  new projects gaining notable value, good tokens might even launch at a bad price.

Much of this market is very much dependent on speculation and hype. So prices follow the market - it goes up because it goes up, and goes down because its going down.

Don't shotgun into ICO's and buy into every single one. Times like now you need to be even more vigilant if you wana keep your money safe.

Would seem more coins = less demand/supply, and so it would lower. but i heard it raisis?

Which is it and why? Shocked Shocked Shocked

This totally depends on the structure of the ICO. Are there:
  • different bonus tiers?
  • lockup periods, for founders, different tiers or stages?
  • bounty hunters and if so is the bounty pool large?
  • benefits for holding the token/coin?
  • ...

The list goes on. There are so many factors that can have an impact on price. So, please be a bit more specific Smiley

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger
Your question isn't very clear.... do you mean to ask if a lot of coins are offered in an ICO, does that mean that the price will fall after it's ended?
Well that could be true to a point, for example ETN I think was one of the ICOs with big success and a lot of coins as far as I can remember. The moment they hit the exchange, there was a selloff, most likely from those who bought at low price. A week later the price started rising again and it went higher than the initial price until the market-wide selloff started and everything fell in price.
