Localbitcoins prices have been at a premium over exchange "market" for the last year.
This may not reflect a premium, per se, more than it reflects the fact that exchanges may have to offer a "discount" due to friction moving dollars etc into them and the risk of theft or failure.

their prices are massive compared to the current prices on other exchanges....$237 to buy 1 bitcoin?! when other exchanges and localbitcoins are selling for $215. What is wrong with this website it claiims to find the cheapest on local bitcoins....
