if a person want's their privacy respect it if they want to go anonymous respect it,
Don't force them to come out but about Satoshi's personal information I guess even if some say that they are or say that this is Satoshi Nakamoto the creator of Bitcoin,
I guess we wouldn't just believe it without any solid proof to clarify it since there is so many impostors claiming they are the creator.

That's part of what makes me unconfortable. If he actually ask for his privacy then It'd be OK to avoid attracting too much attention to him (even if the information about him is public). I wouldn't be really happy if I'm regularly talked about publicly whereas I asked or pleaded that my privacy be respected.

Some days ago I saw some "sensitive information" about satoshi shared on a section of this forum(Bitcoin section), I was abit worried and wanted to discourage or speak against it but changed my mind realizing that the information has been available publicly on satoshi's Bitcointalk account for anyone to go through. I concluded that the person or thing copying and sharing such information may not have done anything immoral/illegal if he/she/it has no bad intention, doesn't misuse/abuse the information or doesn't expose the owner to harm or risk with the way the information is used

I think it's better to use such information privately as a researcher or share them with people that would never abuse it. In my opinion, people who would not care to research about such information could misunderstand, misinterpret or know things about him that shouldn't be known by any kind of person.

I agree, information is very difficult to control in todays world. Also infortmation is everything these days, with it we can control the world. Which gives a lot of weight on to positive and negative information. We all need to decide how we deal with "sensitive information" spreading it or not. There should be more restriction on how data and information can be used.

It is difficult to stop people from spreading private information, especially if that information already spread using the internet. Once it becomes online, it will easily share in many places.

Well, we can not do anything because some people will not stop to search for who is Satoshi. But I am sure they will not easily find who is he because he will hide in secret places, and no one will know. I am sure Satoshi itself is a smart people who can be able to hide them.

I don't know what you mean but that someone exposed Satoshi's sensitive information seems to me to be made up. Satoshi is the most mysterious person (or persons) in the whole Bitcoin world. Virtually nothing is known about him except what has been published and what has been said by people who interacted (via email or forum) with him. Every now and then we have new threads with a new "research" about Satoshi's, which do not clarify anything, they are nothing more than lucubrations about the few data that there are. So either you explain what that "sensitive information" was or I think you made it up.

At the beginning of the Internet, personal privacy was gradually pushed to the forefront. Remember that we were reminded not to use real names, pictures and other information to make friends and register, so as not to be used by criminals. Until now, most people like to share their own information. Photos, whereabouts, etc., show that the boundaries and perceptions of privacy have changed.

You cannot force others to stop from doing such because this action added popularity to them as we all know that becoming Viral is the target of many Online users.

Let them do what they wanted, And let us do what we want to protect the interest of others.

For individuals and private people like us, we should really keep it to ourselves.

But for those people that are public figure, you'll see a lot of people getting information about them because speculations about him, satoshi as an example are everywhere in the web.

When its already available on the internet then there is nothing wrong with sharing or quoting it and if it can be abused in certain ways then it might happened already. I don't know what is that sensitive information but no one can prove who 8s Satoshi without signing in a message from the address which is holding that 1 million Bitcoins.
