No sane person tries to represent a newly created service or not even a launched project. there is a professional style of doing these sorts of businesses and you my newbie friend know nothing about being a professional.
First you need to have a show case for people to see what it is you are providing and what is the differences between you and other competitors in your line of work and after any demand for your services and feeling the need to expand you'll start to think about representatives/branches.

Fair, I think the site looks like a HYIP or Ponzi scam site, I would not be the rep at the company, it looks dangerous financial scam.
