Never got a reply via email but saw in some other places to use IMQQ with several IDs... I sent them all a message and then worked with the one that responded.  They didn't say why/what happened but essentially refunded the 3.5 BTC back to my account and I was able to process another withdrawal and it worked.

I most likely still won't trade on BTer... this is just a shitty experience.

I had problems withdrawing for days until I bought a bunch of coin, which seemed to affect my balance and place it back into the Positive.
Now, I have a new problem. I withdrew everything and my account shows a positive balance of several BTC, but I cannot withdraw them.
I imagine, i'll have to place BTC into the exchange and not spend more than I place in, maybe a little less, and I will be able to withdraw.
BIG problems on this exchange, but I still trade here.

I think I see an issue.

The fee to withdraw is .0005.  They let me withdraw the full balance, so I had less than that.

There was no notice or anything.

I had some DOGE deposited, so I converted it to BTC and want to see if the withdraw will get processed.

I'll keep you guys posted.  This is fucking exchange 101.  Get your shit together.

The most impressive part is that you tried to withdraw that on new years day in 1970!
Duhhh so value can appreciate over the next 40 years!

I think that you will get your money  Wink

it can't be lost

It's been a few hours.  There are other horror stories all over the forums.

It can't be lost, it can be stollen though.

I did get some LTC out, though.  Far much less than I had in BTC.  I requested it and within minutes I had it.  BTC on the other hand.. no dice.

If this is already not widely known...

They do no trespond to emails, IMs, and have shitty support.  I think I lost my deposits...

Just a fair warning, please don't use this exchange.  Seems like they have many deposit/withdraw issues, but they solve the deposit issues much faster.
