I choose them because they have odd coins, i am now not using them anymore because of the terrible support, i don't want to risk to loose coins anymore...communication is important to gain trust and Bleutrade does not have my trust anymore.
Sometimes we do really made these kind of decisions because we do see some coins which aren't available into other exchange which would be the reason why we risk on buying into these new or not so popular exchanges but it turns out most of the time we do really experience issues sooner or later.Support system is always been an important factor for me if they act shady then better to leave and don't look back.

Now for over 23 days! i can't withdraw my NLG coins on Bleutrade.com, the have replied once to a message from me and the said they working on to fix the wallet, that message was 20 days ago, since then i have ask questions when i can't finally withdraw my coins but they just don't answer.
So when it goes good no problem, but when there are problems the support just don't care for you...stay away from this site is my advice.
Checking on their main thread they are here on year 2015 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bleutrade-cryptocurrency-exchange-official-thread-1067518 but yet seeing its not really too active which I don't know why people do still tend to engage or make use of such site yet there are lots much better and reputable sites which for you to be able to purchase on coins that you do like, Terrible support then expect that would happen even seeing on sites design its way too generic.For now you don't have any choice but to wait up for their answer. So when it goes good no problem, but when there are problems the support just don't care for you...stay away from this site is my advice.
