Sorry, but I cannot follow you here?? What is the point of your comment?? Giving overview of the moderation of the forum without actual internal information, just assumptions and accusing me that my subject is not clear enough??
Every time I see one of your posts I'm quite fascinated from the effort you put in your them, but for me this is not really needed as they are a bit overkill in a way and not so on the subject. BTW are you using a automated translation tool coz sometimes I find some words not translated.

Bitcointalk forum has several levels, admin plays and manages such as: Staff,Content Maker, Moderator,Advertiser, Insight Analysis. The task of controlling each of the admin / administrators of the bitcointalk fanpage / page.

Code:
1} Moderator Admin Makes other members become admin or moderator✔
2} Delete admin or moderator✔
3} Manage group settings (eg: change the name of the Forum, cover photo, or privacy settings) ✔
4} Approve or reject membership requests✔✔
5} Approve or reject posts on Forum✔✔
6} Delete posts and comments in posts✔✔
7} Delete and block people from Forum✔✔
8} Embed or cancel posting pin ✔✔

From this way that each role can update the Scheduled and Automatic Forum Status can be said in this case is the Staff, content creator, and moderator.

Therefore, the nature of bitcointalk forum websites is far different from ordinary websites.
Basically the forum admin expects to be able to function as main maintenance to backup the contents of the forum, delete threads that have been very long to save capacity, maintain forum security.

There is another that is very important for the moderator. an admin may not be able to oversee the contents of the forum at any time. Therefore he must be assisted by moderators
who always check whether there are forum members who make spamer and so on.

Another admin is also emphasized to have a cool head attitude, fair and has a little humor. The most serious risk faced by the admin is the admin member itself. Because of human relations, the admin must be able to solve every problem with a cool head, against members on a reasonable basis, and not easily offended in a discussion on the bitcointalk forum.

Nope. We don't have access to anything like that. Maybe, global moderators do, and above. I don't know. At least right now the bots are lazy, and literally just copy, and paste, and if you've been reading that section for a little while you can normally spot them pretty quickly.

No, just admins. Globals don't really have access to anything other mods don't apart from some can give out bans.

Let's test this, for this thread:
I count the following posts in the past ~4 weeks: http://loycevsbasement.privatedns.org/tmp/posts.html
I'm out of time, if you check which posts are deleted, you have your answer.

Maybe access to this info can be one for the perks when reaching 5000 good reports, for example.

Yeah, generally when I go through a thread, and delete hundreds sometimes even 1000+ they are offering an incentive somewhere. Mostly on their social medias. Discord, Twitter, and their google form signups are the most common.

This could be a game changer for the Altcoin section Problem.
Seeing a thread with 2000 comments and 12000 deleted posts for example will ring the bell.
I use the view count as a hint but is't not that accurate and is not a proof. Deleting posts is no proof either but gives you strong evidence for further investigation.

I'm thinking now that the 24-time-block rule for the newbies did his job to stop the autobumping bots in the beginning, they changed the tactics and use more accounts that bump the thread and delete their post history less often.

It's not a secret, but starts to be more obvious.
Many of the newbies with 2-3 posts in the ANN sections are also plagiarists, they post and delete the post after some time, but some of their post get cached on google for example.
I have reported quite a few bots with cached copy-pastes.
But since this is going to be the new bot trend as it looks like for now I think info like how many posts were deleted in a Altcoin section ( mostly in the ANN of Altcoin and Token) could be a good hint for hunting for these bots.
This info doesn't need to be publicly available but maybe the moderators can have access to it if they don't have it til now.
