And is it worth trying to recreate one? I would imagine it's already too saturated. Either way, I was mostly curious about how much these guys actually make (margin-wise). If anyone had some insight on this, I'd love to hear.

I heard that sites such as Prime Dice makes well over 1,000 BTC (7 million USD) a month. But they struggled a lot during the initial days and spent a fortune on promotional campaigns and bounties before rising to the top.

http://www.starsgroup.com/press-center/the-stars-group-news/the-stars-group-reports-fourth-quarter-and-full-year-2017-results-provides-2018-full-year-guidance

PokerStars did $1.3 Billion revenue in 2017 with $458M Adjusted Net Earnings.

So competitors have to take part of their market share by building something better and investing in the future product offered to players. There are hundreds of casino and sports betting sites that are out there also earning and spending similar amounts of real money.

It is normal to struggle a lot in the start when there is a heavy competition and you need to do a lot to be able to gain some good recognition  and not just end up down the drain. It is a tough one from start it usually worth it at the end for those who are able to bring something different to the table most times.

It is a very profitable venture with the way gamblers increase each day, more addicts are born and even while losing so much, it is hard for those in the level of addiction to control themselves.

The online gambling is also a business like other field so not all the people can make money here, only the best will get more profits and the worst site can go into bankrupt too so the success and profits range will be based on how much they effort giving in this field.

gambling is gambling no matter what sites , strategy , cryptos , etc that you are using your chances of winning is still verry slim .
if you are looking a way to make a good money youd better try other profitable activities like working outside or start searching for a stable job that does not fully dependent on risk like what we already have on crypto  or on playing a gambling .

anyways , there are still people who can manage to earn some cold cash in  a gambling site but they did also loose a couple of times , so it doesnt makes sense at all to play gambling if you are only aiming for profits .

I think its fair to assume that as long as you still see any of these website online means that there's probably a good chance they're making some money at least, otherwise they can't stay open for business

That is right. The proof that there are still a lot of these gambling sites are being seen and being popular means that they are earning a lot or making good money on these sites or online casinos.

Also, another proof is that there are still a lot of people or investors that still wants to have or make their own online casinos. That is a proof that there are a lot of profit to these site though even there are a lot that earn, some are not that popular because of it's services or some of it's features.

Yes they would be making money for sure due to which they are still existing else they would have wind up and nobody would or want to pay money from their pocket for very long. So this is probably assumes and also we need to consider how many new such sites are opening which will help us know if it is profitable or not.

Isn`t that a general rule for all businesses, why would they exist if they don`t make money? Like many other businesses, casinos need more users, just with more users they can earn enough to pay for high security, for new games, a lot of promotions, without users every business will collapse eventually. We don`t need to assume nothing, some casinos share that informations for public, you can check how many users they have, how much profit they make, for example I have some bitdice tokens, every quarter they share informations about last quarter and they pay out dividends depending on that profit to all token holders.

As long as they are existing and not scamming their players, and keep building their reputations then we can say that the business are in good position, the outcome of their bankroll is multiplying allowing them to keep the business up, most of those reputable gambling site are really gaining from their business and also the reason why there's also lots of new servers/gambling house who wants to established their business as well.

The answer is of course the host has many chances of winning so the gambling site is a place where they make good money continuously, but there are also those who are taken out by the players as examples of gambling sites that don't pay for the player are characteristic of the host's lose. The longer the image with a bad name and the more people don't want to play there.

I believe that gambling sites makes lots of money. However, not all of them are trusted to begin with. Some gambling sites are still not famous and trustworthy because there are many scammers. The credibility, the staff team, and professionalism is what makes a gambling site more trustworthy. If you find a good staff team and a good support team who work in a professional way, then their gambling website will be famous in a matter of time.
I don't think that all the gambling sites in the market makes money, there were a lot of gambling sites that have already ceased their site operations, due to the fierce competition in the gambling market, owner of the gambling site would need to advertise the site regularly in order to attract players to play on the site, and advertising costs would not be cheap in the long term.

Team professional work is indeed the main benchmark for running a business so that sites that will be managed can be successful, besides website promotion is also very important so that the site can be better known by many people and can be trusted by everyone

I will never believe in the gambling game site. For me, the gambling site is a lie because the gambling game will never be able to give us income and benefits. It is very wrong if we consider gambling to be able to make money, because everything related to gambling is a very influential thing by luck.

So for anyone who considers gambling as a thing that makes money then it is a mistake !!!
look for things that are far more useful and indeed can certainly give us the opportunity to earn income !!!

Apparently, if they are not making shitloads of money, they won't even be anywhere in business again for a while now and would have packed up their bags back to where they came from.

Of course, gambling sites are making shit load of money daily if we tend to look at the way blockchain technology has brought about the ease for anyone to easily hit their system and just start gambling immediately with no one tagging them down. It is more like a casino having its door opened to the whole world.

If you have no idea then you don't have to.

The crypto gambling industry is totally crowded today and if you are longing to start one of it. I don't have an idea on how much they are making of it. Giving you an answer for each of your question is unanswerable.

Right on there mate, gambling business now are crowded and as we can see, many gambling sites now are dying and closing, just like the most long running signature campaigns that stands for gambling are now in trouble paying their participants means they are not gaining that good anymore not like the past when the gambling sector here are favorites.but no practicality wise gamblers are wise enough to bite every gamblings sites bait for them
Its crowded but if he's too challenged and wants to enter the competitive scene of crypto gambling industry, he can try.

I've witnessed those casino's that started to close last year and was followed by other casino's that are low profile. Think of it if you have guts to test and risk your money to start your own casino right away, I don't really think that its worth to take a shot.

Of course gambling sites will always be profitable and win, someone once offered script for gambling sites to me where the script always makes you or the house more likely to win. I think that's the strategy that exists on every gambling and casino site. they have a system where they are more likely to win
The likes of Fortune Jack and Cryptogames will not still be running their signatures after huge number of years and paying up their participants weekly with a good bonus if they are not really making a whole lot of money in the process.

From an article I read recently, the devs of cryptogames stated how the first few years of starting cryptogames was like and impressive was an understatement. I guess how impressive the profit was for them, actually speaks on the fact where the platform is still up and running since inception and adding more coins.

Just like there are many altcoin in crypto market so there's nothing bad in creating a gambling site if you all the requirement despite it been saturated already and I want you to know that every business have it own time of losses because the rules of business setting is to accept debt some time. With that side, yes gambling sites make good money.
Yes, having a gambling site I feel is very good and profitable, because there are many people who will be interested in playing. From the gambling site that you have you will get a good profit and I am sure about that, besides you can get income from every visitor who comes, on the gambling site you will also get lots of benefits because there are many players in it. There are many gambling sites in the crypto world, I'm sure you know about that, and there are many that have stood for a long time and still survive today, in contrast to the altc that many of them(altc) don't have a decent exchange rate on the market if the altc is lacking supporters or enthusiasts. So making and owning a gambling site I'm sure it's profitable.

Speaking of altcoin. I think it will be better if we have a crypto gambling sites that accept more altcoins like Monero, Dash, EOS or DAI rather than just BTC and BCH while some accept BTC and ETH only.

Yeah, it will be better if a gambling site have more other options to deposit like that because it will attract more people to come and play to the site.

From what I know there's only one field of online gambling were it is still possible to create something which will be in demand among gamblers. It is poker. With the recent closing of poker section by established gambling sites a niche has been created and I constantly see like poker fans play on crappy sites just because they love the game. I'm talking about poker tournaments and table games where people can play against each other, not about video poker which is more like a slot game to me.
There are actually gambling sites that do offer poker but later on they do remove it due to lack of demand.I agree there are really gamblers who do seek out these card game but not totally even on those dice or slots.

If you mean that among gamblers there are much more admirers of dice and slots, then I agree with you. But what I meant is that poker segment is disproportionally smaller currently, and that there's real demand for high quality poker games. Idk, maybe it's expensive to maintain such games and it turn out to be unprofitable eventually, and maybe that's why many established gambling sites have closed poker sections recently, but, if that is the case, then we should look for platforms which are cheaper to maintain, because I'm sure that nowadays a good poker site is able to make good money.

If gambling sites aren't making any good money then we wont see a very big industry on gambling.

Aswith every industry, if one such as in this case, online casinos etc if they can't attract enough gamblers then there's not much of a reason to keep it going.

Your choice and its indeed saturated.Gambling sites do really make good money this is why we do see new gambling sites do launch even the games being given is already on the market for how many years and thats why they end up on failure due to lack of interest because a certain gambler would always go the top ones than on newly ones which is normal.

Which site do you typically try to do gambling? Of course if it's an online casino, it will depend on how reliable the site is and on how lucky you are to win games.

I think as people want to take shortcut route to become rich this gambling sites will always make money. Also now after crypto currency being used in gambling, their users would have increased and activities of betting would have rose. So losing will increased means owners making more money.

They should be... Any kind of gambling does not go on loss...
Also there are numerous expenses in the system behind the screen.

By the way as 'vintages' said "It depends on what you call good money"
Most of the expenses came from their promotion on the various platforms but it is very rare that a gambling site will meet the loss unless the owner just take all the money and left the bank roll nothing, the only way to improve the profits by making more people to play on their sites.

The promotions are also important since the more the gamblers gambling in the site, the more they can earn. I think owners of gamblers should really put some budget on promoting or advertising their site.

In cryptocurrency gambling sites, this forum is a quite common to advertise their gambling sites since most of the owners of cryptocurrencies likes to gamble, with this, they earn a lot of money.

And is it worth trying to recreate one? I would imagine it's already too saturated. Either way, I was mostly curious about how much these guys actually make (margin-wise). If anyone had some insight on this, I'd love to hear.
Creating a new gambling site isn't a bad idea but be sure that the game you would launch is somehow unique which it can possible get a piece of share of the entire gambling industry of crypto and yes,it might be saturated but still always a chance but if you would just stick into games like Dice/sports/casino games then its better not to proceed at all.If you do try to look up on the current competition in the market then it would really really be tough.

I agree. Indeed the market is saturated with sites providing the games you've mentioned and the only possible way to stand out is creating an extraordinary second to none site for which huge amounts of money will be required. I'm talking of millions of USD. It's possible that you will be making money eventually, but it's almost impossible to raise the initial capital for that.

They make a huge amount of money this is for sure. But I am talking about the ones who have managed well and earned reputation from its users by being good at deposits withdrawals and in-game giveaways and bounties.
But the idea of creating one is a very risky one it's not as easy as one thinks of it. You need a lot of capital and a team to run it smoothly.

Creating a portion of gambling to make good money. That was so easy when you want it to do. You can create tactics in a good way without cheating others so that you can make money so good and be a peace maker . a good gambling is leads into the good flow of game. Such information will never be announced and nobody will say how much money gambling sites make.
If there are casino owners who are willing to disclose how much they make or someone who worked for before.
But taking in view that such kind of business is blossoming I can say that it's big money with low investments.
It's a booming industry but to say that it needs a low investment, I'll disagree with you. Considering those bankroll investments, don't include them. Casino owners/team are investing such large amount of money to establish their casino's and it's not that easy to make their name pop in the market, it takes time and money to do.

The money will not come so easily because if one can make a big money with low investment then a lot of people would have opened casinos instead of gambling. Every business has its own risks and competition so if you want to succeed then you should overcome those issues first. You need a good team, money and marketing knowledge to survive in this competitive business to make money otherwise you may not make so much money.

Making gambling websites there are many decisions that you will face. Are you ready for a loss factor at the beginning or can website security be guaranteed? because everything is done automatically and if security is not optimal, there will still be potential hacking cases. make sure you have an experienced developer team. make sure the budget and preparation are done carefully. Will it make profit? so far more gambling websites have profit compared to losing. and also capital will be very important in this part.

The websites that do make a lot of money are the trusted ones. We have a lot of gambling casinos but only the major ones are making real money. The major ones are those who process payouts instantly and also the deposits, are trusted by the players , have a low house edge and a lot of beautiful graphical slot machines with even more addicting bonus games.

You need to have a lot of Bitcoins as initial capital to start this venture in order to be prepared to payout any whale who might happen to play in your casino. Don't worry even if you lose in the beginning as the house edge will set thing in your favour during the long run.

Online casino and gambling website are the most profitable business these days. You just have invest in the creation of a site and deploy different algorithm in it and there you go. With less capital, the gambling site is ready and as you know it is so much profitable as the site always win the major portion of the games.
The only thing here is the competition, as there are many new gambling sites being created and those are in competition of giving good bonuses or do advertisements to make themselves different and prominent from others.

Online gambling industry is a rising industry, every year more people choosing online over land based casino. It`s profitable, they wouldn`t done it if it`s not, but not all of them are making serious profit. We need to separate online fiat gambling websites and online crypto gambling websites. The first online casino was in 1994, first bitcoin casino came in 2011, now you see a difference. To run any business you need a big bankroll, more you have easier it is, you need to invest in security, casino bankroll to attract big players, marketing, games, if you do everything in the right way you can make profitable business. I agree that major casinos are making money, but there are a lot of small ones who are trying there best to grow. In my time here I have seen many casinos come and go, but some casinos last for years and they will be here in the future.

Dice gambling sites are overrated but online casinos and sportsbook will always make money in the long run. The other problem faced is the huge amount of work done to set up these gambling sites. You need a huge capital to pay up the winners with a 24/7 support system and you need to obtain a gambling license.

These casinos deserve to make a good amount of money, they are providing a enjoyable experience to their players.  A lot of work goes into creating an online casino that often goes unappreciated, just the customer support alone is a lot to deal with.  Casinos also have to undergo a large risk when they are first starting out, it takes awhile to become profitable.

I think that it's hard to compete with the current market but it's harder to introduce a new type of gambling game, and make people prefer it over the traditional gambling games unless your new game is dumb and allows people to make money easily which will lead you to bankruptcy, btw. These days, it kind of comes down to the little things.

When it comes to the type of games, you will most likely not end up having with a new game that people will actually play. It's in the service where the competition actually starts. Responsive customer service is the key these days. Gambling sites and also trading sites usually have a bad customer service. Of course there are some that have a responsive team and because of that, they are the ones that have the most players. Gambling sites are services at the end of the day, and people will not only rate you for the game but also their experience on how you handled their technical problems.

A gambling site can have a good ambiance and community that makes people enjoy the game, but if their customer service is bad, then the gambling site overall will be considered as bad right away. You need a team that can sort out problems as quick as possible otherwise people will start posting about their bad experience and that will make newcomers refrain from starting to bet in your site.

tl;dr: It's not just the game, but also the service (since gambling sites are offering a service at the end of the day).

Nah, since there's already a lots of competitions Booker's needs also to have a good initial investment to provide attracting promotions, and a wide range of gambling games, in terms of profits, well it's a big money involve as if the site caters almost or all the games where gambling offers, pocketing big profits when system brings good service.

Just imagine the amount of money they get from a number of their players on a daily business. The numbers are big!

I can't agree to the low investment part tho. It requires a big amount of money to build up a good gambling site that can compete with the existing ones.

It will be hard to get to that level at first tho but with good marketing strategy and a good site, there will be a good number of people playing in their site in no time.

Nah, I don't think it is a "big money" with "low investments" since not all of the gamblers gambling at that certain gambling is losing. You still need a great amount of capital for that kind of business.

Gambling sites requires a great capital, as I said, not all of the gamblers of that certain gambling site will always lose, they also wins. And not all of them will be gambling it all the way, they will be stopping as they hit a good amount or take back some money, there are a lot of smart gamblers not all of them are just addicted.

Yes they do, they are many people that are addicted to gambling that is why these gambling sites shows up everywhere. Gambling sites owners know that most people want to earn some quick bucks so they give what people want. Gamblers on the other side just make those gambling sites rich because of their bad habit. Until they will be contented on what they earn and don't realize they are just throwing their money gambling sites won't stop to operate.

It is a serious job that I can tell. Not as easy as creating a wordpress blog. You'll need a solid security guy who fixes bugs for you and keeps stuff updated, an accountant and possibly a lawyer when people start to sue you for not being honest;) Losing money is never easy, some people just won't accept it.

You'll probably need a psychiatrist too to keep your mental health.

building a gambling site is profitable because there are many people which want to play the games with money involved. they want to see how their luck will work with them and they can make money from the gambling games. but we don't know how much gambling site will earn the money unless we try to create a gambling site which will need a lot of money to start. it will more difficult to be a good gambling site because we need to build trust with the gambler and they will recommend the gambling site to their friends and more customer will come to the gambling site.

Of course they do. Not every single one of them. There are only few casinos out there which stayed for long. It is hard to gain trust among gamblers and you should have a big investment to run things smoothly. House always wins.

Having a great trust is hard for a lot of gambling sites. As far as I know there are a lot of gambling sites on the internet but just a little of that huge total numbers are known because of the trust and the popularity to the gamblers.

For me, Gambling sites are earning a lot of money out of these cryptocurrency gamblers since they are still functional as it is. There are even a lot of campaigns still investing on advertising their sites makes it more proof that they are earning a lot of money.

Big improvement on gambling sites, especially if we are talking about the crypto gambling sites here, I think the way they earn money within their customers are definitely unknown or private, but in my guess, I probably think that the percentage of what they are getting to their gamblers is huge, and at the same time being FAIR within their games.

Crypto sports betting will be HUUUGGGEEE by the way

It hasn't scratched the surface and probably won't for a few years.

All this regulation in sports betting is not what everyone thinks, the betting sites get squeezed by the customers AND the government constantly. Either they have to make their games fit into certain rules, they need to pay more tax or they get fined.

The sportsbooks in legislated markets have to offer terrible lines because the cost involved in a regulated market with licensing and compliance staff, the crypto books will not have to deal with that if they aren't getting licensed. The hard part for crypto sportsbooks will be getting a long enough track record of never leaving a customer without being paid or always resolving problems....pokerstars did it in the US an cleaned up.

I agree with you that crypto betting will become increasingly more popular overtime because crypto has the scope to revolutionize all of the betting industries with crypto taking over as the adopted payment method.

It will be worth trying to create one if you will put a hard dedication to do that. What I mean here?

- You will spend lots of money. When I say "lots" it means a "lots". No time for joke budget.
- You must have a big bankroll. Again no time for joke bankroll.
- You must hire a good and professional person to made up your team. IT'S A MUST.
- You will do anything just to make your site popular.

Generally it's all about money. How much would it cost? Just think of how much would you spend just for advertising. It needs to be aggressive and not just a simple and plain marketing. Do the math for other spendings.

of course, gambling sites make a lot of money but unfortunately, we don't know how much money they can make unless the owner decided to tell us. but I don't think that the owner will tell us because it's a secret and only the owner that will know and nobody will know about how bigger the profit. maybe you can create a new gambling site with your money and let see how much money you can earn in monthly so you know how much profit that gambling site can earn.

Indeed, I also often want to run gambling sites because there are so many gambling sites that are famous for earning extraordinary income and I realize that gambling fans everywhere and will increase every year is an advantage to getting success in the future, but not easy in Current progress with many people who know first and make it especially in the seriousness of building it must be calculated by recruiting people and becoming a solid team, why not do things other than gambling? because I think in the world of gambling there is little chance of success with increasingly fierce competition, of course with more money spent.

Everyone thinks all these casinos are making millions of dollars worth of profit everyday but in reality those are just the big ones. I mean yeah of course primedice is making a killing on profits probably but do you think a website that no one heard also makes good profits ? No. They are one hack away from devastation.

Hence, if you look at primedice and see millions of dollars they are making and think "I should start one myself" than you are in for a bad time, it would require YEARS and insane amount of dollars to even become remotely trustworthy and get some wagers from anyone.

They absolutely do, and the bigger ones like Nitrogensports and Fortunejack likely make quite a bit, as these sites have started large signature campaigns costing them thousands of dollars per week in the past for advertising purposes, and they still advertise on many crypto sites, which would take a good amount of money to do.

High betting volume on bigger sites plus house edge means they're raking in the money.

As for starting a new site, it'll be extremely difficult as there's just so many sites out there that aren't terribly active or receiving lots of traffic. You'd need to stand out one way or another, such as in games or support speed/site layout for a site to be successful. It's not impossible, but it's just difficult nowadays. You'd also need financing for a decent bankroll to begin, and there's been lots of discussion regarding how big your bankroll should be for a starting casino (there's no definitive number).

They do make a fair amount of profit but there is a lot of competition right now especially with online gambling because there isn't much barrier to entry.  It's much more difficult to open a real life casino compared to an online one for obvious reasons.  New online gambling sites have trust issues and problems building a playerbase.  Most of the games have a very small house edge so the house is operating on a very slim margin.

In general, Gambling sites do makes a good money. However, this depends on how'd you'll market your idea.

Is it worth it?
Well, if you OP is just a start up given that you are short in budget. This would be a challenge on your side, especially, when you are in the phase of building and creating this site. A lot of trial errors would surely be come in your way, and given the fact you need a nice set of laptop/s, desktop/s and etc.

Another challenge would be the competition itself, given that there are already numbers of well established game gambling site, the competition is quite tight. Marketing would also be costly if you really wanted to have a good traffic and etc. As a star-up, it can literally maxed out your budget simply in the marketing stage.

If in a smarter way, given the situation. Let's say OP can sell it to some companies in which, they could agree to a terms or teaming up to those who have the money to market your idea. OP will probably in a Win-win or Win-lose situation. Win-win situation given that OP and his possible partners succeeded, both will benefit. Win-lose situation given that OP will still be in the win situation given that he/she didn't spend money that much (compare to it's partners) and retain its site (Well, that will depends on the agreement that could be made by OP). *This is just an idea, I came up with but if there's something wrong with it, It would be my pleasure if you could point it, out. Not only for me, but for OP too (maybe)*

In the end, this industry has a strong foundation. This is worth a try, just don't expect too much.

If this gambling sites don't make money, they shut down in no time. They can't just operate using money coming out from their pockets. Its not a good business if that's the case. That's why they pay a lot of money for advertising and public relations. They hire bloggers to review their site and provide feed back. Just look the the services section on how many signature campaigns are out there promoting gambling sites.

Yes, gambling site is profitable but it requires a good amount of money to start and make it popular. Advertisement is one of the best way that can't be ignored if a site want to increase the number of users to visit their sites. Gambling is a never ending business and if treated correctly, it will give a promising profits.

Gambling is one of the most profitable business but it may not be suitable for to own own casinos for some reasons,it has been in practice for centuries. Now the form of the casino just changed now we can get access from the place where we have been but it involves same risk in real world casinos so you are going to lose most of the time and the house is going to have more profits.
But the success of the site depends on how many people were playing there,if there are more people lot of money will be earned by them.

I think it's still worth, gambling is never die business. My dream is opening a sportsbook betting with cryptocurrency and i think it's still worth to recreate one.

Yeah so you go get a job (or had one idk) at a sportsbook and make connections there and see what the business does and go build your product...

Starting as an outsider and asking if there is money in it is not a good starting point....

Having said that, does anyone want to start a new dice game and fund it with an ICO?!? Anyone?

And is it worth trying to recreate one? I would imagine it's already too saturated. Either way, I was mostly curious about how much these guys actually make (margin-wise). If anyone had some insight on this, I'd love to hear.
I think it's still worth, gambling is never die business. My dream is opening a sportsbook betting with cryptocurrency and i think it's still worth to recreate one.

I will not say gambling is the best place for earning purposes as I know there people Eon the jackpot but at the same time they didn't made the fund continuously after the jackpot time.

I like the way of gambling evolve as the entertainment factor but I will not consider this as a options for making money with hard investment.

The stats of some sites have sometimes been shown on the forum and the numbers are impressive, but they didn’t get those numbers overnight. A crypto casino, if it works, can make you a multi-millionaire, but that’s a big if.

Competition is tough but I believe the market is still expanding, so there is room for more competitors.

Of course yes like in real life gambling or here in crypto gambling because they need money to run their business here so they need to earn too and no one will take risk for nothing so if you going to create your own gambling site better for you to have big money and a lot of knowledge first then find a good way to promote your site and new strategy to become popular

Its basically like going to Las Vegas and asking "Does Bellagio Make money"?

Yes of course they make money. However just because they make money doesn't mean you can follow their success.

Like you already said before, there are way too many sites out there and its pretty saturated. Especially with dice sites.

So you would need a new and unique idea to get your site to differ. When you have that, you need sufficient capital, which is probably at least a million or two just to provide the bankroll.

Someone can get lucky early in your sites operation and you will have to operate at a loss for a little while.

Then with promos, bounties and signature campaign you can promote the site, get more visitors and eventually more revenue.

However keep in mind that most of the newer sites just fail. Because their idea is all the same "dice" and people these days just go to FJ or Primedice to gamble there.

of course, gambling sites make a lot of money but unfortunately, we don't know how much money they can make unless the owner decided to tell us. but I don't think that the owner will tell us because it's a secret and only the owner that will know and nobody will know about how bigger the profit. maybe you can create a new gambling site with your money and let see how much money you can earn in monthly so you know how much profit that gambling site can earn.

It is very expensive and you need a good reserve to cover upkeep and pay bets; Do you have it?

Don't pretend not having money hasn't stopped people from starting gambling sites before Smiley

OP has an idea...and we should encourage him to create a gambling site...because it's easy money obviously...

First he needs a whitepaper and a good team to market the ICO... Then he can start his crappy gambling site or run off with people's money, like all of the current ICO's trying to raise millions to launch gambling sites.

The market wouldnt be so over saturated with real money and crypto casinos, poker sites and sports betting if there weren't money to be made.

The NEWER ones do NOT make good money. It is very hard to create a competitive product and get traction for consistent profit.

You need a team behind any gambling site that knows what they are doing or you would just create a piece of crap like so many others that get shit on in the forums before they close.

All the big gambling sites are making loads of money, however this can't be said of small and mid size online gambling sites. It takes quiet a while before your brand gets established, plus you'll incur marketing expenses, getting users to trust you won't happen overnight, it'll take quiet a while.

No one can give you any accurate amount, but if you want to judge their earning see their bets on a average basics, you'll get an idea.

If you're planing to interpret what they have done, I would advise you against it, it's over saturated plus you won't be able to offer the promotional deals for long, and if you pay late even by a day your casino will be labeled as a scam.

Gambling business is not for newbies, if you plan to start a gambling casino, make sure you get an experienced person on board to help you.

The majority of them make a lot of money. however its very expensive and risky to start a gambling site, you need to make sure you have a good cash balance for marketing and if someone in a early stage win big.

Would they still be in existence if it is not profitable? I guess not! However, trying to recreate one which you candidly accept that it is a saturated space already, you will have to come up with something unique or probably try to do some things better than the old ones in the game already for a while now.

If you cannot achieve this, then, you will just end up like wannabes that could not keep up and probably dead or close to dying by now. The fact that it is a profitable business does not mean you can just clone or come up with anything and just start making shitload of profit.

Gambling is a classic business, if done well it should be perform well in earnings.   But to just duplicate other sites seems like an expensive lesson to learn.  I wouldnt bother especially until you have a particular unique idea to get customers in and to stay with you, also alot of flair and skill in overall operation would do no harm either.

I dont think I'd describe it as easy because there is so much competition but its true fast growth is there if you do find a niche feature to build on Smiley

If you have no idea then you don't have to.

The crypto gambling industry is totally crowded today and if you are longing to start one of it. I don't have an idea on how much they are making of it. Giving you an answer for each of your question is unanswerable.

it depends on the site and what games they offer , the short answer is yes they are manking relatively big money
for example most of the sportsbetting sites here in the crypto market are affiliated with odds providers , for example bitcoinrush makes 2% of all the bets placed on their sportsbook
other sportsbooks may not be affiliated with odds provider , but usually the odds there lower which makes them money as well since their customers can get more profit using other sites

also all slots and live dealers are affiliated with other partners and the sites make a certain percentage from their players' wagers

so there is no simple answer cause some sites are more popular than others , but the short answer is that they are making good money
