There are quite a few things on the Hidden Wiki.
There is a gambling sub-forum here. It's not the wiki, but there's some good stuff there. I just found it today (slow, I know) but that's all I've been doing all day. 
If there aren't one, you could start one and own the illegal/sketchy niche.
Porn, gambling, drugs, sex toys, etc... not allowed on the main wiki, as we all know.
Are there any other wikis that the owners are allowing this kind of stuff to be listed? I need this list. Really, I do - for my own peace of mind. It makes me feel safe.
