You can make registration by inputting your email and they will sent out link for further steps but

actually you can make direct bets by selecting the team you do bet and input up on the address and make such deposit.

I think you can bet with or without making an account on onehash but it is better to make an account if you want to use onehash as your main gambling / betting site.
