I believe in many countries this to be a problem. Higher speed limits at night are possibly nice, since you can get faster to your location but just because there might be less people on the road it isn't any safer. Coming from a country close to Germany I can assure you that driving at unlimited speed limit roads requires some time and training to get used to as you reflexes and stuff need to adept. At night when the vision is bad this can get very tricky.
Having also spent some time driving in foreign countries I can not imagine the mess with higher speed limits at night in countries like England, Italy, USA, Spain and so on where people already drive like shit.

As we all know there are not so many drivers at night time. Do you agree to max speed limit 120 miles ( 193 kilometers ) per hour at night time from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. ( 21. 00 - 06.00 ) ? This can save a lot of time, if you drive at night time.

Yes i agree driving at night time we can a lot time than morning time. cause at night time less traffic, but must caution in junction, red light, street sign.
driving max 120 mph i think this maximum speed at night time. Before we drive check our car for long trips, like radiator engine, engine oil, wiper fluid, tire preasure, brake, gasoline enough for the trips or not, make sure our car can drive in long trips.

Mainly depends on the quality of the road, the amount of traffic on the said road and the amount of foot traffic on the said road. But 120 mph is too much. I'd say 90 mph is ok. I mean not everyone does 120 and not all cars could actually hit that kind of speed. But some research says that some roads that has no speed limits experiences less accidents than those with speed limits in them. But then again it all depends on the driver

I support removing or raising the speed limit once per week for several hours on controlled entry or divided highways. It doesn't necessarily have to be at night. Even divided highways are really not meant for very high speeds in many places. It's more that giving people a place to speed will keep them from speeding and putting others in danger at other times.

What I do support is a two level speed limit. The speed limit will be 55 when traffic is close together, and 70 to 80 when there is no car close in front of you and visibility is clear.

Realize that if someone hit a stopped car at 120 MPH it would likely kill everyone in both cars.
