I work out almost every day. I don't love sport but it's good for your health. It's also the best way to stay in shape. Personally, I think it's essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid health problems in the future. Also, don't forget about vitamins, look for them at Canada Drugs. But make sure to consult a nutritionist first.

Do any of you guys work out?

How do you maintain a habit of working out and not getting tired of it after a few days or weeks?? Huh
I condition my self mentally ,spiritually and physically and always put in my mind that this is for myself and my family because I wanna see my children grow old and made their own family before I close my eyes and rest.so by this I wann stay alive by eating healthy and living healthy and with this I need to be physically fit in every step of the way

These has been a motivator as it malign with my thinking to rethink to avoid struggling for another man to eat my sweat without me benefiting I deprived myself on many comfort taking a work out as boaster of my immune system, as it could avoid some unforseen circumstances.

Work out is good to engage on it help to strengthen the body one can take it as much as your body can carry in hours or weekly

Just did a core straightening and I felt the exercise that made my abs and stomach sore.   The sense of feeling that I can keep continue to keep doing the core exercises more than 2 times a week  gives me a boost of confidence that I can work on my figure.

Just been for a 4 mile walk, I’m getting older so I can’t do anything too strenuous these days. My legs & feet are aching so I guess that’s me done for the day. Helps for fitness a bit I guess.

I work and after four times a week I go to the gym. It's like a way to throw out all the negative emotions. The difference between me and my colleagues is that I enjoy playing sports, and then they suffer and whine that everything hurts)))

Yes. I like to go to a gym and workout. I’m not a big gym guy, but I’m pretty much in good shape. I also like to go on long walks and swim for about 30 minutes at least once a week. That’s about all I can do. The main thing I’m trying to do is eat right.

I have a few different workout routines that I alternate.

Most days before work I do a calisthenics routine consisting of push-ups, sit-ups and core training for around 30 minutes.

This keeps my body fit and my mind clear during the day.

After work, on any given day I alternate between a good run or a gym lifting session.

I’m average weight & body type for my age, I’m not super fit though. I do walk a few miles maybe 4 times a week. I am definitely not a gym freak although I probably should do a lot more. It’s tough to motivate yourself.

Before the pandemic (and before losing my job), I did. Had to keep it light though, as I have a fractured vertebra on my spine, from a close encounter I had with a car in 2012.
Before that (26 years ago), I did olympic weightlifting and hammer throw. Best time of my life. But then I've been doing sports for most of my life: weights, swimming (I suck at it), aikido, boxing, basketball, soccer, rugby, krav-maga, yoga, etc.
Now last year I had a stroke (or a "Transient Ischemic Attack", as it fortunately didn't leave sequels, mostly), so I guess I'm gonna have to slow down from now on. Hopefully I will find a job this year, so I can start moving forward again.

About "how we find the energy", it depends on each person. People tell me I have ants up my ass. For me, working out is a way to blow off steam.

Actually, it depends on the weather conditions, because I prefer to train outdoors. One hour of push ups, pull ups, burpees and running - is enough for me, for feeling okay during all day long. When I stay at home, the best way for training - is to watch some workout videos online. And of course, it's important not to forget to calculate body mass during all those workout programs, just to be sure that I have perfect mass for my height, etc.

Sometimes i do some workout but now it's very difficult for me, i'm always think about daily. Now i'm became day by day very lazy   Lips sealed
Just like me, I'm also lazy.

But there's nothing we can do with that especially if we're busy with things in real life. If you want to really have sometime to work out, you'll work it out.
Just Put 10 minutes a day mate and that is more than enough Even carrying a Bottled Water can be a work out  Grin Grin Grin

Remember that Our family Needs us and we must stay healthy specially that we are working in front of our computer with Less physical movements  Grin

We don't need to spend a lot of time for workout, just taking 10-15 minutes a day is enough in my opinion. Even though we are lazy we have
to force ourselves, this is in order to keep our bodies healthy. I agree, think about our family. Maybe it can be a little motivation, many things
we can do at home, such as walking back and forth in the house or up and down stairs several times if there are stairs in the house.
This is enough to make our bodies healthy because we move a lot.

I use to create youtube channel to show myself doing my workout, but after getting wfh job i forget everything and now
I'm lazy to skip that system in my daily routine.

Sometimes priortizing is really hard, you'll find yourself eating or sleeping than doing your daily exercise/workouts.
Well.

When someone gets a WFH job, for sure he's going to feel the same because it's no longer the workout that you'll be prioritizing but the job that has been taken you.

... And "not getting tired or *bored*".
I guess I will choose a kind of exercise that is fun and won't easily cause me fatigue no matter how long i do it. Some of my favorite ones would be riding bicycle in quiet/fun place, swimming, etc. You could try doing it with more purposes(like to regularly buy something nice at the other end) and not only to benefit yourself

1 Reduce calorie intake If you reduce your daily caloric intake by 100 kcal, you may lose 4 kg in about 5 weeks. 2. Change the food structure: do not reduce the amount of food, but correspondingly change the structure of the food. Replace high-fat foods with various fruits, vegetables and grains. 3 Eat liquid foods Use liquid foods instead of daily meals, but pay attention to the food you choose to fully provide the nutrients you need. 4 walking to lose weight: insist on walking exercise. At least 5 days a week, walk for 45 minutes a day and travel about 5 kilometers (maintain a certain speed). 5 Outdoor exercise: 3-5 times a week outdoor exercise is a good way to consume body fat and improve vitality. But each time is more than 20 minutes. 6 Weightlifting: Strength exercise can also make you lose weight, because weightlifting can increase muscles. The more developed the muscles, the faster the body's metabolism. To avoid injury, it is best to hire a coach. 7 Don't eat too many drinks: Use water instead of drinks. 8 The best way to lose weight: Exercise while reducing fat and calorie intake. This method of weight loss increases muscle strength while reducing weight, which can promote cardiovascular health.
Absolutely what I'm doing now , i have lose 22 kilogram in the last 3 months

Do any of you guys work out?

How do you maintain a habit of working out and not getting tired of it after a few days or weeks?? Huh

Since the Gyms were closed during the corona pandemic I am working out less. At home it is much harder to find a workout routine. I usually only do smaller sessions now of only 15 minutes in the morning. The best thing I found out for myself is to switch around the workout, keep it interesting and do different body parts each time. Maybe having some workout videos on your TV or just listening to great music like "Eye of the Tiger" can help.

I do work out and what made me continue and never skip even a single day?

Here's the reason >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I Need it for my work as this needs physical health to continue.

- I am looking at my daughters face every time and that motivates me to focus on my health.

- I am looking at my Billings and Loans so  i will have no chance of skipping my work out to sustain my monthly income.

and the most important thing? "I Love My Life and my Family" that is why i need to stay healthy and fit.

Working out is a very personal thing and can mean a lot of different things. I personally love lifting weights and I do it 4x a week,  but many people prefer running, or just doing their favorite sport on weekends. There is no one form of working out that everyone will enjoy, so finding what you like is more important than sticking to something you don't just cause you know its good for you. Of course its good to get a variety of things in, but if you enjoy it there is a much higher chance that you will come back and keep doing it long term

Yes, I am making it as a part of my lifestyle because most of the day I am sitting right in front of my computer. I am doing it consistently because I want to have a healthy body in order to avoid sickness during this pandemic that we are going through right now. I am not getting tired because I am having a good amount of sleep and I am being inspired of the "Mamba Mentality". Kobe Bryant still pushes me to be the best version of myself! Try to do consistent workouts, I promise, it will also make you happier in life. Smiley

I work out every day, which belongs to bare hands. Jog for about 30 minutes first, then use parallel bars. Pull-ups and parallel bar arms flexion and extension, push-ups and finally do a few sets of abdominal crunches.
I have persisted for more than two years, and the weight reduction from 95kg to 76kg continues.
The fatty liver in the past, high blood lipids are gone, and I rarely catch a cold, and I feel much more energetic. Grin

I don't.

But the twist even if I don't workout, it's making me tire doing nothing because of the stress that I'm experiencing. What I do to avoid being tired is to drink smoothies or any cold drink.

Walking sometimes outside and also going up and down on stairs are already my workouts.

I do almost all types of physical activity. Workouts to increase strength, workouts to increase muscle endurance, different types of sports and many different activities.

It is clear that you should not overtrain, but not training at all is also irrational, because our health depends on it. Maybe now it is not noticeable, but in old age, good physical shape will be very useful and you will not have most of the diseases that are in old age for those who didn't take care of their bodies throughout their lives.

When you know that fitness has so many benefits, you may fall in love with fitness and become addicted!
First: Body changes
Many friends like fitness, because fitness can make their ordinary body more stylish. Just like the guy in the picture above, from a thin to a muscular man, do you think there is a big change in appearance? This will add a bit of goodwill to others.
Second: improve sleep
Many friends who do not like sports will spend a lot of time playing games and watching live broadcasts. A lot of time will be spent on this, which will also affect your eyes and sleep quality. Even some friends will play all night. Playing games will have a great impact on your own spirit for a long time, and your sleep quality will be improved after fitness.
Third: increase resistance
Now that winter is here, most northerners will hide at home. In fact, if you exercise every day, your body’s resistance will increase. After exercise, your body’s blood will accelerate and strengthen your body’s metabolism. This kind of body resistance The cold winter is not a problem.
Fourth: increase self-confidence
Many men make themselves feel uncomfortable because of his vision, especially some obese people. If they are too obese, others will look at themselves with strange eyes. The longer you go, you will feel inferior. When you work out to lose weight After that, your appearance will change a lot, increasing personal self-confidence.

Two or three years ago...just started... I, like all the girls who just started to work out, only like the vest line, don't want muscles, and even have no desire for the hips, and I like to be thin...
After running ignorantly for a month, I reached the lowest weight in my life, 43kg. But the body is actually far from the current firmness and lines, but the dimensions are reduced, and the flesh is still a bit soft.
Determined to start ironing... At first, there was no systematic training, so I learned a lesson from the coach in the community gym who didn't know anything. At the same time, I saw a lot of great brothers and sisters on the Internet, which inspired me to study hard and practice hard. Grin Grin

Entering the fitness pit, it’s not easy to come out

Except for going home during vacation and working overtime in the company, I have never arranged two consecutive rest days, basically repair one day in five days.

I used to be an amateur running runner. He was very skinny. He was 1.8 meters tall and more than 130 kilograms. He seemed to be just right, because I had been practicing running with the track team and my body was still tight. Grin

I will also watch some videos and photos of exercisers. They can inspire me and give me strength. I will imagine that I will be like them in the future, so that I have the motivation to persevere.

Do any of you guys work out?

How do you maintain a habit of working out and not getting tired of it after a few days or weeks?? Huh

I made it a habit to work out at the same time and the same days and then reward myself with something pleasant for me, for example, I drink whiskey in the evening that day or I am going to visit my favorite Italian restaurant to eat pasta, kinda motivation personally to me. Anyway I am taking supplements for some helping to keep my shape as good as I want to have, till this moment it was sarms and I plan to buy peptides as well and see what happens because I heard all the good about them in order to get and support muscles, it is kinda small items of protein molecules which help to build muscles structure

It's really hard to stay on the course of working out. I do actually like sports better but I can't find a place where to play. Jogging is the easiest option I think.

i do 5x5 routine this past 6 months,
my trainer tells me that 5x5 routine might fit for newbie and ectomorph like me because the routine itself consist of heavy lifting and more weight on every session.

more to it, it wont make your muscle fatigue so much, and the workout session is enjoyable. you should try if you tired of the routines.

and for the motivation, i did workout for stress release. so more stress, more workout.

Do any of you guys work out?

How do you maintain a habit of working out and not getting tired of it after a few days or weeks?? Huh

I go to the running track and do repeat sprints of usually short build-ups, 100m dashes, 200m dashes, and the occasional 300m dash. Last week I went to the track 4 or 5 days in a row. I do plenty of push-ups, sit-ups (crunches) when I'm not lazy, and I tend to stretch before doing the track workouts because I'm usually too tired and too lazy to do so afterward. I've been going to the track to do stuff like that since my college track days and I'm 35 years old now and 90% of the time I bring a stopwatch with me when I feel like testing my times to see how close they are to my old best sprint times. I'm not too far off at all and right before last winter I clocked myself around a 4.31 40 yard dash a couple of times (at the fastest).

I don't get tired of doing that stuff, but after a few days or weeks my mind just knows that I'm in such good shape, I tend to take breaks, so it's like I work in waves.

The important thing for me is to not mentally stress out about doing any of the workouts, which are sometimes somewhat grueling, and I just know that after every time I do something, I feel better. Gotta get those endorphins. The day after every single workout, I feel better, healthier, and I can literally tell a different in my body, like I can feel that slight bit of difference in my arm or leg muscles, depending if I'm focusing more on upper body or going to the track and doing 10x100m - I feel it in my legs more the next day.

I don't think it's good to work out every single day. The body needs to take breaks, to heal, and not just for a day or two, but even sometimes for a week or more. The key for me is to keep realizing this and to remember, "I can take breaks whenever I want and then when I feel like, I can get back to exercising."

I also bike some bit (I usually go medium to hard intensity) and I've never had any serious injuries. Not everyone is made the same and I just LOVE going to the track to do sprints. I'm too lazy these days to run long distances and I enjoy the benefits of sprinting a lot more I think.

Please remain CALM though, and check out CryptoBilly.Club. You have FIVE options! I hope you enjoy your next workout and come-up with and tweak your own mental strategy so you can attain the goals you wish to achieve. Have a nice day!

I used to go jogging and swimming, but I didn't really find long-term satisfaction in it. I wanna try a sport. I really liked Basketball and Volleyball in school!

At the moment I'm just trying to eat healthy and spend time on my hobbies (Gaming, Cooking, Cleaning and maybe drawing, but I don't really draw anymore) Cheesy

Rest. Maybe the question is, how to get out of the boredom of going into the same work out over and over again. The question is to confuse your muscle, introduce new exercise. If your goal is to build muscle then you have to eat a lot and take a rest. Probably you can take a rest after 12 weeks straight of going into the gym to give your body ample time to recover and your mind as well. So the next time you go to the gym again you will have a new vigour to pursue your dream.

The more you workout, the less tired you're going to get when you workout. You have to keep that in mind.
