OP, there is nothing to worry about here you realized nothing ought to be regreted about after your predictions and after the game played which did not play as you thought.
This is a normality when you talk about predicting in the gamble. You would always have a suspect among all games you have picked to be a barrier to you and there is always that picked team your mind is at 100% guaranteed that it would play just exactly as you predicted it but at least, revise is usually the case whereas they don't play your you may thought.

This is why some gamblers stakes higher on some of their games, they feels too assured and guaranteed that the game would play as they may have predicted. Because of that, they tends to stake higher to make higher profits and at the end of the game they feels disappointed having with the players to be blamed just because they lost on their predictions and then, they channels they blames to themselves that they knew the game was not going to play according to their instincts but they were ignorant to obey their instincts. Meanwhile.... No game is sure and so everything is possible and nothing is sure in the gambling predictions.

Why don't you trust your intuition? I just don't have such feelings about sports betting. When I make a bet on sports events, I just don't come up with big expectations and I'm pretty much OK, if the outcome isn't what I expected. Why do you still include the match in your bet, if you have a gut feeling that it won't be successful? I know that your intuition won't be right all the time, but sometimes you have to listen to that inner voice. If I have a feeling that a certain match is too unpredictable, I just don't bet on it.
That feeling is called instincts and in most times it is good to follow them, for some games like these that you are not too sure of the outcome, you either double chance the both sides, because you wouldn't be too sure of the outcome or you remove that particular game entirely. If you're a regular gambler you will surely be experiencing these kind of situation, to a point it will be very common with you. A lot of times it can be very frustrating but experience will make you to start avoiding to pick some of those teams you know wouldn't be doing well or wouldn't play along with the odds you've selected.

Yea, as a gambler, I have experienced it many times. When I am staking my bet, sometimes my instinct will tell me the match not to include or to include. Sometimes, it is the result of the game that will come into my mind but I will overlook at it based on my own analysis that I gave made before coming out to place the bet.

After the game is over, I will start blaming myself for not following my instinct and do it that way. Perhaps, when I did not use a huge amount to stake the bet, I will not feel bad, but if I used a if it is a big amount I do feel bad. I don't like staking on long slips that much, because the probability of getting all the result right is very low.

I think the lesson to this thread is to follow that instinct that tells you yes or no in gambling and it is better to follow the no answer and remove that doubt you have instead of trying to manage it and at the end of it all you start having that kind of regret as Op is expressing.

Gambling is like that when you are in a cross road but the best is to use the elimination method and not to allow the game you are scared to spoil your bet go in , after all if it doesn't go in and it wins it doesn't change anything from your multiple bet and you will be luckier and happier if the game is a failure. So always, we should drop our fear out of the bulk of the multiple bet and the fear is that particular game that we are not sure of. Dropping it does not necessarily mean putting another substitute.

Sometimes out fear is the option that we want to bet on it. Such option we may not have that confidence on it, we could as well drop the entire game or change the option. For example if the option is on the numbers of goal to be scored in that match, then we can reduce the goals to stake on and not to increase. That is also the elimination method.

Don't allow the game you are scared of to make up your bet because if it is the game that cause the bet to fail, that anger and regret will always be there.

We all experience this sometimes. However I usually don't place a bet in which I am not at all confident and that my previous experiences have been bad.I usually only go for games that I feel quite confident and I place lots of games, kinda like that multi with relatively high odds like the one posted here.So for me it is a long time that I have not had this feeling of regret because I choose a wrong team to add to my parlay ticket.

It's actually a gamblers instinct that needs to follow and not to ignore. I personally don't experience this in sports betting but rather in live casino such as Baccarat, there's some instinct that tells me whether who will win or lose, something like whispering me that the banker or the player will going to win, this actually let me win 17 win streak in Baccarat with my intuitions.

Though this is not always the case, most of the time I call the wrong one and there's only some days that you'll really feel that you're intuitions is good or bad.

I want to push back a little on this idea of a gambler's instinct.  Sure, we all go on hot streaks now and then.  But Baccarat, like most casino games, is pure chance. Without any special tricks or cosmic tips on what's coming next and  each hand is an independent event, unaffected by what came before.

Still I get why some players feel they can sense shifts in the winds.  When you're riding high, its tempting to think your good fortune will continue.  Just don't put too much stock in hunches over the actual odds, which always favor the house in the long run.  Maybe we're just wired to see patterns, even in randomness.  But baccarat deals its own hand unmoved by our past wins or losses.

Before you make a bet, you need to imagining if you already make a bet, so you can feel whether all of your selections are correct or not.

I experienced this when I was quite new in gambling, it's why I try to hold myself when I want to make a bet, in order to make sure if I didn't make mistake. Even I did mistake, it's a mistake because of my analysis, not my emotion. Emotion sometimes can go right and go wrong, but I didn't feel happy if my emotion is bigger than my analysis during making a decision.

Is there anyone who experience something like this sometimes?
You can't always win at gambling as well as always lose so just accept the results even though it's hard, because when you don't follow what you think it could be because in the previous bet Leeds actually gave different results but actually if there is one team that always ruins your bets then it's worth putting them on the ignored list and choosing another club whose results are not often beyond prediction.

All gamblers must have experienced what you experienced, betting on multiple and one match spoiled everything even though they hesitated to enter the match because of its often disappointing performance, maybe we can overcome it by only betting on a single bet so at least there is profit to be made even though it is not as big as if you win in multi-bet but the level of difficulty in multi will always be an obstacle for us to win in this bet and maybe from 10x trials 50% gives profit that's a very good result.

Body tell. Like you know and had the feeling that these games won't end up messing the game based on the odd you choose but you will still play it. This happens most time in football prediction and you would be like oh had it been i know. I believe this is something that most gamblers face but there is a good way to avoid that and also to start trusting your instincts.

1. What i do is that i don't add more than four games in my sport betting slip. The more games you include the more you are likely to face this type of challenges. When you choose less games in your bet slip you will choose games you are confident and have strong feelings for the outcome and bet them with a huge sum of money.

2. Avoid high odds. On the process of choosing high but difficult odds, either with combining combo or just solo so that the total odds will be big and reach our expected target of money we want from the bet people end up choosing odds that are riskier and more prone to impossibility. This will surely lead them to choose games that will cut their bet slip.

What I noticed about sport betting which is disappointing is that the team that you will think that has the highest possibility to win will draw or lose, but the one that you think would win also but not having higher probability would be the one that will later win. I do noticed this in some matches that I staked before. I do not use to have the feeling that a match can make me lose unless I analyse it and my analysis tells me not to go for the team and I will not go for it.

I experience this sometimes too but what I do is to change the rules of my game the other way round and place a bet for a draw between the both team and that match has sure worked to my favour of that.
Most times when you observe it's not going like the normal way,use a second rule by being a game changer and that bets will hit a jackpots.
Sports betting is one fun bet to play and you are the control cursor of how that game will turn up,so when it's not working as it should  you change or use another method,it has worked for me that's why I'm saying it.

Yes, I have and many people have experience your situation. It's natural to have doubts or concern, so it's very important to trust your instincts and reservation, listen to these feelings and make informed decisions rather than ignoring and proceeding with a bet that you are not fully confident in
That's true and aside from trusting your feelings, you also have to analyze well because sports betting is not just about placing a bet.
If you want to enjoy the game then better to focus on the game while letting your bet in place using your strategy. Betting can be stressful as well as this is not an easy profit after all. I have a lot of mistakes with my sports betting as well because of being too emotion, better to set aside your emotion here.

Sometimes when I want to gamble, there is always this feeling of reservation I have about certain events, but I am usually unable to stop myself from removing such events and they end up messing up the outcome of my gambling. I usually realize this when the gambling outcome is already know. Like tonight I played sports betting and my selections for the accumulator is as follows:

Coventry vs Rotherham - -- 3+ that is over 2.5 goals
Leeds Utd vs Stove City ---- 3+ that is over 2.5 goals
Ipswich T vs Bristol C ---- 3+ that is over 2.5 goals
Bristol R vs Bolton  ---- 3+ that is over 2.5 goals
Peterboro vs Northampton ---- 3+ that is over 2.5 goals

The accumulator gave a total of 16 odds. When making the selection, I had my reservation on Leeds, there was this thing that keeps reminding me that Leeds will not work but I ignored such feelings. Lo and behond, it was same Leeds that messed up the bet and it was after the match I realised myself.

Is there anyone who experience something like this sometimes?

Multibets are one of the most profitable sports betting activities that bookmakers offer for this very reason. People are generally rubbish at analysing odds, so that only gets much worse when you combine many bets into one. Sure, you could try to analyse why you thought that the Leeds one was destined to fail, maybe that was the one that jumped the odds from 5 to 16 - so the bookmaker was giving you fair warning from how they priced it and it was driven by greed or thinking you knew better than statistics.

Staking can be induced when we have the finance compulsory and not some kind of struggling to be in possession of significant money. Making mistakes in the system have been transformed to he the usual activity that's been triggered in the system, I'm holding on to anything other than beckoning on becoming the ascertain level of earnings. Don't put fear in the minds of gamblers because they're open to accepting every results entertained. There's risks to settled for in the space. We should calculate ourselves and know what we can take in and the good numbers of winnings.
I'm confused about what you're trying to say here when my term of staking is more about lowering your confidence during these risky matches. What matters more is how you handle these situations because even if you can afford a bigger bankroll you could still repeat these unnecessary mistakes as greed can take over.

Some of the times you get that feeling of removing one of the games from the slip fortunately it enters.
I always get that second thought and it's why I usually double-check my parlay before I lock them in.

In a case it is not your fault, we all experience such things just that at some point it requires to go hard, since it's a matter of predictions, who knows how the result may end up with Leeds performing very well. Some of the times you get that feeling of removing one of the games from the slip fortunately it enters even more than those you were rest assured of.

The feeling of reservation is called instinct, and because you keep doubting your instincts, you keep losing. Your intuition and instincts are still very sharp that's why you keep hearing them but the problem is that you keep ignoring. Many gamblers do not have this experience or will never have it because their instincts are quiet now and have long been silenced. As a gambler that you are, my advice to you is that if you pay more attention to your instinct you will be more successful in luck based games.

Betting option chosen will influence the final result on whether win can be obtained or not, perhaps multiple bets can provide much bigger odd but we should not be too focused on the odd that is obtained but determine what can really make winning easier.
Every prediction I make is always within certain point of confidence in the choice that will be bet on, this is not easy but I can get much bigger chance of winning because in every match I really get the chance.
Failure will only occur when the match does not go according to expectations, such as the superior team makes mistake, and we must remember that the favorite team is not always able to win.
We have to be careful with options like this and we shouldn't be too confident in team that might on paper have the advantage to win.

After all, we can only do research to predict and bet money, it all about success, just waiting for the results of each match that takes place.
I have experienced conditions like what you have experienced so far, perhaps several times, but this is an experience that can provide valuable learning that what we hope for may not necessarily match the expectations that occur.

Nothing is more disappointing than the situation like this, where you have doubts on a particular match then you choose to ignore it and become the reason everything is messed up when everything concluded, especially for the parlay bets. Well, can't blame your intuition though as parlay is something that's not easy to win from. Sometimes, you'll gonna fall for the odds and so you kept stacking matches to your parlay which will result to a decrease of chances of winning. This kind of scenario will only tell us how much of an impact it can create adding 1 more leg to your parlays. That's gambling for us, sometimes we win but most of the which, it feels like we're always losing.

These are normal occurrence  we face as gamblers in the football section. Sometimes we believe the impossible could happen and that why we keep faith in some team even when all odds shows that they cannot deliver, and sometimes this faith we have in the club can turn out to be very great because that could be the odd booster in the bet ticket. This happen a lot, sometimes you know how difficult the possibility of winning a bet using a prediction pattern yet we proceed and ignore every other fact. But if it happen in accordance with your predictions, that could even make your day more beautiful beautiful you made the prediction and it seems impossible at first.

It's common to encounter that kind of mistake because it's easy to brush off these results once or twice, and the extra payout you get from including the extra leg is too good. I've also made that mistake several times before with underwhelming teams, and it encouraged me to have a list of specific teams to avoid so I don't fall for the trap in the future. If I feel risky about a certain team, I always do my best to avoid their match, and if I do want to include them it's usually by creating a similar multi with the smallest stake possible.

It wouldn't really be a problem though if you've been a fan of the league or the game for a long time and you know how they do it, it's disappointing but it sometimes also have something to do with skill issue since you're talking about not knowing which team to pick, there's also the factor of instincts sometimes, the odds are lowered on this team then they're the likely winner of this match. Another factor would probably be the risk taking factor, you won't be disappointed if you've betted on both sides right? You win big or you win small.

Never had what you're feeling though but then it's definitely going to be a lesson to everyone, follow your gut feel because if OP did followed his gut, probably the parlay bet would be a success.

The more games you bet in a parley, the lower chances you have of winning. Sportsbooks love parlay bettors cause they lose a lot more then they win. Maybe go with your gut next time and it could be a different outcome.

That’s actually what usually happens when a thing concerns speculation, if at all you had even removed the game from the bet you will be surprised that it will go your way still. One thing about this whole thing is to trust your set up and if your instincts doubts something just let it go, although people say no risk no reward but I will say it is better not to place a bet than to lose it. In sport bet once a team like Leeds are inconsistent then it is better to avoid them from you games totally

That's called instincts bro and you didn't listen to it. Don't worry, you are not alone. Wink

I have been in this same position a lot of times. All I can think about after the end of all the matches is how foolish I am to think that it will be reached even though my instincts told me it should not be a part of that parlay.
There's no way this could be explained but I think a part of it is our greed. We want a higher multiplier so there will be times that we become stupid to add more lines that should not be there.
I do understand you brother and I think this kind of thing will happen to us a lot of times because it ain't easy to avoid the desire to make higher profits in a single parlay bet. There will be outcomes that we will predict perfectly but there are also results that will go against our choices. Just move on, try again, and be better on the next one.

That is why it is good to understand when your instincts is speaking to you. Although it is impossible to know when we are about making mistakes, but we can use how and what our minds tell us to do, by removing such game from your ticket. or better still play 2 set of games which are playing Same game in deference tickets. First of all you play tickets 1, including the all the propose matches complete without any option. and number 2 ticked will be complet with a flex option of cut 1. meaning if 1 cut the ticket no problem and it will reduce the risk of losing

Isn't that just... idk, biased? Can't find a better term to describe it lol. Like yes, we sometimes feel that this certain scenario can (or can't) happen so we hesitate, but we still bet against said instinct. The thing is, we don't mind it when it's a success, but we tend to remember and over analyze it when it's a failure (aka the instinct we had was correct). Cause of that, we think that it always happens since it's always this stuff that we do remember, hence why I called it bias.

And yes, I've felt it myself before. Just as often as how I felt something and was immediately proved wrong afterward. You're probably just overthinking it OP.

I gamble a lot on sports, and there is usually no feeling like realizing myself after the game has ended and the results have been known. I just pick my predictions on the club I want to bet on or against, and many times I have always been wrong compared to how many times I have predicted accurately and won the bet. Maybe you could just have a thought about a club that you are not really certain about their results, and you may decide to remove it from your bookings, but at the end, you will even notice that it was the club you trusted the most that messed up your game. It's nothing that is unusual to me, but I don't just see it like I was a Soot Sayer to have known earlier the club that would win and the one that would lose. Football is a game of luck, and gambling is the same as a game of luck.

When I make bets on multi-bet slips, I tend to have a goal of a certain multiplier on my slip. If I go way past it, I might remove some of the more uncertain matches to me.
If I bet with money I'd rather take a win than a longshot with, I am 100% ok with a 10x multiplier on my slip for my more risky multibets. Otherwise 5x is also ok. Then the goal becomes to not lose more times out of the multiplier goal. For example for 10x, win more than 1/10 and it's ok etc.

So yeah, I surely have experienced this. But there isn't always a need to feel reserved. If you want you can fill your slip with matches and just place the minimum possible bet. Generally this is a thing you can balance with decreasing your stake.
