Once a very generous person came across this wallet address. He/She transferred a small amount of bitcoin into the address. What a life changing experience!

I just made an 11 minute episode of my internet show last week talking about Bitcoin and mining and showing my own computers doing the work, let's start with this:

Definitely not a troll post. Not sure  how to convince you of that cryptographically, of course, other than to swear that I am who I say I am: one of the two authors of the daily BitBeat column, a regular columnist on financial affairs and other stuff. Here's our latest BitBeat: [Suspicious link removed]j.com/moneybeat/2014/05/28/bitbeat-bitcoin-continues-to-grow-gingerly-in-china/

I just figured this would be a good place to seek out miners who can relate some of the wild ride of the past few years. Happy to communicate in whichever way people feel comfortable.

Hi, I'm a journalist at The Wall Street Journal working on various bitcoin-related projects. I'm hoping to speak to individual miners who've been running operations out of their own homes for the past two years.
I want to get a little guy's perspective of what the ride has been like: the joy of watch the price rise against the challenges of rapidly intensifying competition, the mounting electricity costs and the pressure to upgrade machines, problems with rig delivery, etc. -- basically a personal account of the ups, downs and ups of life on the mining treadmill.
So, if you're happy to chat on the record. (I'll need you to provide your actual names), please drop me a line. PM me with contact details or send email to  [email protected].
Many thanks,
Michael Casey
