Hmmm...I seem to be having that problem today, didn't have a big loyalty bonus though. I wonder how long it can take to be fixed. By the way, since I am pretty new to cryptos, does anyone know if it is possible to get rich by referring to many many ppl? I'm talking like 10k ppl. Cheesy

and i lost the loyalty  bonus so often that i cant count it XD
but last lost was not even 20% after i lost my 100% bonus some times i stopped claiming ther daily XD

today moonbitcoinw as working again and my bonus is agian 0 % Cheesy

Are you using faucet with your Xapo account email? Because I'm claiming with bitcoin address and don't have any problems. Maybe their Xapo account is really dry. Feel sorry that you lost loaylty bonus. I would be sad to loss my 100% loyalty bonus :/

No one have robbed you he has just cut short your extra incentive due to some issue with his website or xapo account. If you say i am wrong give us some evidence that the moonbit.co.in has done this purposefully to cut short the extra sathoshi.

Anyhow its free money, if you feel like your time is not worth of what you are getting, just quit

The fact that the failure occurred on more than one account and immediately at all related to xapo leads to certain thoughts. And not just me.

Hi, sorry for the late update. i finally decided to close moon bitcoin and only reopened it after another 24 hours (48 hours in total) and it started working fine...but loyalty points =0. As for using non xapo wallets i wouldn't know as i have been using Xapo from day 1 with this faucet. In view of this irregular but frequent disruption i would strongly advise everyone to a Xapo wallet and clear their satoshis at least twice a day into their xapo wallet. Better safe than sorry.  Wink. Cheers

same for me for my bitcoin address, its a few days now that i got this message. it wont go away.
bah

so i made a xapo account and tried to claim, it worked, only nothing came into my xapo account lol :/

so logged back into my bitcoin address, again the stupid message appears.

now gonna wait untill tommorow to try again....

This message is displayed for over 24 hours. And only on the account associated with xapo is not important at the bitcoin address or email.

Accounts blockchain or electrum wallet is working. From my referrals I recommend to use xapo as the fastest and most without a fee.

Now those who have xapo account will lose the loyalty bonus.

The admin of the site obviously do not care about the reputation but ! it undermines my front of my referrals  Angry

I never had similar problems on Moonbit. I recommend to claim with your bitcoin address, not with email. For example you can use Xapo wallet address and receive weekly payment. In this way, you don't get similar problems as stated in this topic.
I used the bitcoin address.
don't know it is connected with the Xapo or I just managed to get there where is the blockchain address

Let the admin remove the bonus altogether. Otherwise it turns out that it pays one by the other - and this is a fraud


thats risky only one time in 24h .. if that doent work like now .. i dont know how the system works but i would wait until the payment works again and see if the bonus is really gone .. at the moment no one can claim i think

yes .. and i dont know why somebody say scam when a payment doesnt work for a few hours ..sometimes there have things to be done on the server etc without turning the page offline .. but the thing with "stealing my money" is a realy nice P.O.V *LoL*

So far at this moment,its still working and I find no problem. I'd claimed already twice. I think only the bonuses were affected as I find the loyalty bonus is zero.Hope this is already fixed. Good Luck.

Yes, i have got the same issue. It worries me because i haven`t claimed yet for today and if they can`t fix it before server time reaches tomorrow then i will loose my hardly earned everyday claim bonus.  I think this is the case for many users and i hope they can do something about it if they won`t be able to fix it today.
