I will say that it is a little baby that does not know that that is a power or head sweat because children does not give that a money to treat their self whenever wherever even some people who also have money does not go bad because of them think otherwise health is wealth and is also a power without having a good to help you cannot come and become a politician I think is my own opinion

People don't care for themselves while tryna chase Money... A little of self care we could do for ourselves are Viz ;
Eating something green everyday.
Have a regular doctor visits.
Workout three to four days weekly.
Spend good time for yourself.
Have daily and enough sex.
Go get two to three times body massage monthly.
Watch and listen to what makes you laugh.
Stay cautious of your environment and be observant.
Covids still around the block, get yourself vaccinated, protect yourself further against it

Self care is  mandatory!

Most people like myself do acknowledge that health is wealth and once there is life there is hope.
But on the other hand, the world has made it so difficult for one to take care of its health as most times it seems expensive to even take care of one's health.
Judging from the above mentioned list of yours, everything included requires some reasonable amount of money to accomplish all you've mentioned and that lifestyle can mostly be associated with people in the middle class.

There are other health ways can live on a very minimal budget which includes
- Eating healthy
- keeping your environment clean
- General sanitation etc.
In general just be conscious that health is truly weath.

Without your good health i don't think you can stay well or been active in anything you are doing, so health status of anyone is determine the life base and pattern of anybody the way I'm seeing it from the grassroots, i believe so we have to take our health serious knowing that it's the number one.

One of the wealthiest man of my country Sakip Sabanci said once: " I have a son named Metin Sabanci. I couldn't able to buy neither shoes or car for him. Although I have a lot money but he can't walk!". Humanity has a stupid side. We don't care unless we lost it. When we are young we are spending our health and time to gain richness but when we have enough money we dont have time or health. Small changes in our life can save our days and weeks even years. Therefore we must aware asap and take action about it.

Sex, OP, unlike others in the list, can cause sexually transmitted diseases. Why mention something infectious in the list of healthy activities? Its quite sad, condom is not a good protection to STD. Sex is good but, we must stay careful of who we sleep with.

Note: Don't sleep with a woman with more problems than you.

health is indeed a wealth that cannot be appreciated, that's why many people say health is very expensive or valuable,

It's actually very simple to take care of your health.
one of them
- exercise regularly
- adjust diet
- must get enough sleep
- and avoid stress

with that at least health has been resolved.

Of course health is wealth. Try no matter how busy you are at work, you should rest. Because health is important. At least you will smile happily because you are healthy. If our body is sick, automatically all our work will also stop. Therefore, love yourself and always take care of it, to avoid illness, both mental and physical.

I'm sure no one will argue with my words below:

"HEALTH IS MUCH MORE VALUE THAN A MILLION QUARTAL DOLLAR MONEY"

because no matter how much you have wealth but when you are sick. then you will not be able to enjoy your life at all.

and no matter how poor you are, if you are given the health of life then you will definitely be able to enjoy your life.

then I agree with the OP that HEALTH is the most valuable wealth.

So take care of your health while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

You said something valuable, it was very good. I am 35 years old. I am a government employee and I work online. I don't care much for myself. I've been sick for a long time. I am much healthier now. The doctor says to reduce anxiety. And so now I try to follow the doctor's advice. I'm much better than before. And I try to do almost everything you tell me to do. And exercise is very important for the body. Thank you very much for your advice ❤️

Exercise is very important bit people feel lazy to do , am sure they don't know the health benefits of doing regular exercise.  If you take a look very well on athletes , you will realise that even if they old and advanced they still look fit as when they were 20s. Regular exercise helps in during old age .
These days we are more on computers and screens.  Sitting and doing nothing, we are so glued with the screen so much that we do not have time to walk around and see and admire beauty around us. Let's follow 21/90 days rule to make our life a better one. Exercise at least thrice weekly and limit screen time.

Taking good care of our health is one of the reason we are alive, health is what you can't buy with your money. For the fact health vant be bought it is expensive.  When their is good health their is wealth,  the health needs to be maintained so that we can keep on going to get what we need on life.
Once where my father was admitted in hospital I saw a quote by Dali Lama, Which reads.
We loose our health for the sake of money
then we loose money to get our health back
we live as if we are not going to die
we die as we have never lived

I strongly believe this is true.

Health is wealth, true. But wealth is also health, this is cause without wealth there's certain kind of health care you can't afford to have like, the tow to three times body massage monthly and regular doctor's check up, all these are money attached. One whom haven't had enough to eat won't bother himself with these factors as basis to living healthy.

SO HRALTH IS ALSO WEALTH.

I agree with this, we really need to prioritize our health. No matter how hard we try at work and no matter how much we earn, if we neglect our health, all our efforts and hard work will be waste.

Regular exercise is a big help for our body following the eating of nutritious foods and drinks. It is very important that we be healthy because we can do more every day when we keep our body strong and healthy. And we will not just get sick. Especially in today's time when we are facing an unending pandemic, even if vaccinated we can still be infected or hit by the virus. And even more so when this deadly virus becomes more deadly or mutates, our only defense is to keep our body and our health strong.

I'm 79, and I only visit the doctor if I break a bone or something.

I haven't been vaccinated for over 70 years, and I done get the 'flu or colds.  I think I had Covid, but It was gone the next day.

I don't wear a mask, as I don't want to re-breath my own excrement, and masks don't protect you anyway.

btw, you didn't mention the most important things.
Get out into the sunshine to keep up your vitamin "D" levels
Make sure you get enough minerals including zinc.
Don't use seed oils for cooking or as spreads. Stick to butter, olive and coconut oil
Minimise your sugar consumption.

Helpful tips.

I am adding

Eat a fresh healthy diet.
Consume less salt and sugar.
Abstain from junks.
Reduce intake of harmful fats.
Exercise
Consume more vegetables
Avoid harmful use of alcohol.
Don't smoke.
Be active.
Check your blood pressure regularly.
Get tested.

Not many realize that this is a large key to happiness.

Having a good work/life balance is key to anyone keeping a healthy mind. If you are not taking care of yourself, you are hindering your own happiness. I'm sure there are plenty of us that have very comfortable sums of money, but how many of them take care of themselves and lead a happy/healthy life?

Have daily and enough sex.

Very important that people understand  the purpose of sexual intercourse. Once you use something outside of its purpose, you could be abusing it. Abuse typically have consequences which people are not aware of, especially in regards to s*x.

By the way, regular s*x kind of sound like an addiction to me. To know if this is true or not, try avoiding it for one or few days and see if you can. Those who are addicted have become slave to it or they are controlled by it.

You are extremely correct, thank you for your addictions.
I'll take good note of them .
Once more, you're 79 you should take good care of yourself and to light warm up daily.
Cheers 🥂

Really? How about "wealth is health"?

There's a saying in Spanish, that would translate like this: "health is what's important. Money comes and goes".
Then there was a comedian who used to joke: "money is what's important. Health comes and goes".
So, who's right?
Take Covid, for example, as it's the last and biggest threat to public health. Would countries like the US be almost fully vaccinated (bullshit notwithstanding) against it, if it wasn't a wealthy country?
Meanwhile, some of the poorest countries in the world also happen to have the lowest vaccination rates.

So here's a novel concept: what if it's not an "either/or" thing, but they actually go hand in hand?
How healthy can you be, if you can't pay for the medicines, medical care, and ultimately the food and accommodations to keep yourself in good shape?

Indeed it is, simply because we only have one life to live and you can not buy it anywhere else should you not take care of one self...i suppose health can be among the most priceless things one can ever have.

Health is the primary thing human suppose to make sure is in order, because you can be rich but you don't have standard health  but you will not enjoy the money, health is wealth and health is power, from the plans
Very true, health and time are some of the things that money can not buy, which is why within our means we need to take good care of ourselves.

Good health is a great blessing of God. It is said"If there is health, there is the world" Nothing is more precious than health. We can perform everything if we are in good health. In the absence of good health, there is no charm, no taste, and no attraction in life. So health is the wealth and capital of our life. We should care about our health and avoid all such things that destroy our health.

Well, to some extent, I agree with you, looking at how others wear disposable masks on their chins.

In my country, in connection with this careless attitude, they introduced fines for wearing Masks incorrectly, lol, another idiotic bill, (given the workload of judges and errors in the preparation of the protocol, this fine remains only on paper). Moreover, you still have to pay a fine if your mask is made by hand.

By the way, I did not suspect that there might be someone on the forum older than Vod or Philipma1957 ... take care of yourself.
