@ op while it is a good question and I think hashnest runs a good cloud mining service the question does not belong here.

No one knows for sure when D3 miners are going to be available at HashNest or BitMain because they have very limited production capacity. Whenever they launch new product it is out stock in 15 minutes because of their customers high demand.
