but  you are with friends  having barbeque?  Grin Grin

YES We coocked BBQ on coals.. everyone should try that
it is not just barbeque but also having fish or veggies cooked in coal is best for parties , in other part of the world they use charcoal cooking anything to eat , and also this is what we inherit from our ancestor who first used fire and charcoal to have foods for their tables.

When I go to my grandmother house she cooks with the wood fire. That's the rural area people of the are cooks food with the wood fire. In the city side my mother cook food on gas there is no scope to cook food in wood fire. The test is different of wood fire cook food. But what to do there is no scope for wood fire cook and wood fire cook is problem.

Really love it very delicious. Expecialy during Xmas period my love for using coal for preparing delicious delicacies is top notch.

Using it to prepare a barbecue will be great. Some times in my country we also use to roast maize and plantain or yam.

There is this essence and difference of flavor when food is cooked through coals. Compared to the stove and fire that's from the gas, it's really different.

It's not just all about the barbecue, and any other grilled or food on sticks but the entirety of foods that are being cooked having that coal under it.

Like those steamy soups, etc, they're all delicious for me and they really are good food.

who hates coal cooked food? when it is more healthy than cooked in pan?

Yes, coal cooking is very healthy. Because nowadays, cooking is easier with a stove and wok. But, if I could choose, I would rather go back to the days when we used or cooked traditionally with coal.

I love to eat kebabs fried over coal fire, I also love grilling and other types of chicken prepared using charcoal fire. Because it gives off a different smell which is very good and tastes good too. It enhances the flavor of all types of fried chicken.

I absolutely love the rich, smoky flavor that cooking over coals provides.  There is something primal and satisfying about grilling meat or vegetables over an open flame.  The sizzling and tantalizing aromas mingling with the food along with the hot coals creates a sensory experience like no other.  Whether it's a perfectly seared steak or charred, caramelized corn on the cob, the flavor is unmatched.  Cooking over coal not only adds a rustic charm to food but also brings people together around the grill.

Oh, I like it, but it is not environment friendly and very bad for health, but we eat food cooked on coal and many countries is doing something by generating electricity from coal. Many cuisines in our country are complete with coal, it is very tasty and full of flavor. It is very important fuel when it comes to health.
Finally, I can say that cooking is using wood-coal etc. is a health hazard and less cost-effective, so if you want to save it, you should cook using alternatives, but it is possible to cook There will be no reduction.

Last week it was my nephew’s birthday who turned 8 years old. He was so excited when he found out that I would be able to gather with the family at the park to celebrate his birthday.
I know that he enjoys when I grill for the family because he enjoys my hot dogs, hamburgers, and steaks. But most importantly because it brings the family together. He watches carefully how I scatter the charcoal over the bqq griller and put lighter fluid to get the fire started.
When it was time to eat, my nephew told me that I should sell food at the park because I was good at grilling. I express how much I appreciated his compliment and hopefully one day he also becomes good at grilling.

I was raised by it.
It has its unique tastes and a yummy wailing aroma.
It is almost multi diverse cooking kind.

It is at most cases required to be used in a high quantity of food cooking.

Additionally that warming it gives when it's during the winter seasons.

I do, not much better than a BBQ in the summer. Meat tastes great on a BBQ, the smoky taste stays on it even when you add sauce.

Always great to have a coal fire BBQ with friends in the summer months.

Nothing beats the joy of gathering with friends around a coal fire BBQ. The delicious taste of grilled meat combined with the smoky aroma creates an unforgettable culinary experience. It's the perfect way to savor the occasion and create lasting memories.

My rocket stove is now built and I have been using it about once or twice per week. It heats three pots of food at once, so there are leftovers for a few days after each cookout. Using cast iron cookware for one of the pans is a must but the other two can be regular pans as the flame doesn't come it contact with them.

A few of the dishes made so far... Mashed potatoes and gravy, spaghetti, mixed vegetables, soup, pork chops, beef stew, carne asada, bacon, S'mores, rice and tater tots.

Benefits:

Uses about five pounds of sticks per burn or just a few handfuls. So only a little amount of fuel is needed.

Produces a low amount of smoke once the stove is heated up.

Keeps the house cooler and the AC doesn't need to be run as much because the house stove isn't being used.

Saves money, because sticks can be found lying around for free.

Makes a cool rocket rumble sound, some of the time.

I prefer wood fired cooking but will use propane in a pinch if the grill is modified with fuel magnets. The magnets reduce the propane flavor that hits your food and also saves you on fuel because you can now run the grill at a lower setting. Propane cooking without the magnets produces city chicken and city beef, low food grade quality. Restaurants should use the magnets as they would save them a ton of money and their food would taste less city.

Going to build a rocket stove and maybe oven, for outdoor cooking. Uses less wood and reduces the black smoke of the fire.

Foods that are processed or cooked using coals smell better and are more natural when cooking or baking the aroma that comes out is very tasty and very evocative. So that's the reason I really like food that is grilled using coals.

I like to cook certain foods on my bbq grill because it is a completely different taste from in-house cooking. Especially when you grill beef and chicken I feel like you can enjoy the taste and don't have to use cooking oil which is not really good for your body.
The great thing about my bbq grill is that it is small that I am able to take it to the park or the lake and be able to grill just as long as my propane tank is functional. Now when it comes to grilling between propane or charcoal, I recommend propane as it is fast to get your grill started and ready.
As opposed to charcoal, you have to get the coal hot and if the fire dies out then you have to get it back going with lighter fluid and a lighter. This just be describing the processes it can time consuming, inconvenient, and dangerous if the fire gets out of control.

The foods that I really enjoy cooking are bbq chicken with rice because every time I cook the meal it makes my family happy and compliments how well the chicken was made and try to get my family's secret recipe. I also enjoy doing chicken soup on rainy days because it reminds me of when I was a small child and my mother would say, "If it rains, then there is enough water for soup day". Growing up my mother tried to teach me and had me help her around the kitchen, not realizing that she was passing down food recipes that help me today. Another food that I like to cook is beef steak with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and cilantro, and make tacos or just eat beef steak with a mix of vegetables.
