if you are already aware that bitconnect is a type of ponzi pyramid scheme , then why would you still continue ? Theres nothing to blame here but your self because your blinded by the truth . now the only thing you can do for now is to move on and keep going . dont stress yourself too much because 3500 dollar is still small and can be easily earned if you are continue to invest on legit coins like bitcoins .

In memory of bitconnect. The pyramid scam but don't be too harsh on your self, we are all wired to always hope for the best, its one common characteristics of investors. I would have invested in bitconnect but lack of funds at that time saved me from the scam. My advice to investors is never to ignore the warnings and ensure you do your research before committing funds to any scheme.
I would rather say a lot of us are just wired to be greedy. The hand writing was all over the wall, a lot of people mentioned it on this forum about how one day this bitconnect thing is a Ponzi, scam and will implode but even at that, the idea of wanting to get rich quick became something a lot of people were looking forward to.Being a part of a Ponzi is a choice as far as I am concerned, and I am sure all those who got dealt with apparently had it coming anyway. I still remember it, but it really sounds too good to be true, since back then I am considering bitcoin as digital gold, so if I were the founder of bitconnect, I would be giving away my gold, and I think my greed back was on the positive side, though it is tempting to invest, I did not, I would rather buy, or wait in the faucet sites, but unfortunately I know people who didn't dod their research and greed was on their negative side.

Yeah I almost got into bitconnect last year. It's really enticing at first but when I learned of the multi-level scheme part, then I had doubts. Anyway, if you are going to invest in bitcoins or crypto, why the need to go through a marketing scheme when you can do it on your own? I also have a sister in law who was very eager that time when she saw BCC did some conferences in our city. I almost joined an invest to it but I do knew there were people giving warning about them. That is also the reason I didn't invest to it. The only advantage was that this sister in law of mine joined to BCC when its price was still $25.
Even with all the warnings the team scammed lots of people successful. Though leaders were caught, the victims money may not really be recovered.

I know that it's a pyramid scheme from the start but I bit the bullet and put some money in it last year about june or july I don't remember the exact time. At that time i think there's still enough time to break even from it and my guess is correct and i get all my money back plus some profit, i decided to get out when there's a lot of youtube videos about bitconnect as i feel it won't hold for much longer.

No wonder it was the biggest scam of all time. Literally bitconnect had no problem or shame telling that they are unfortunately closing themselves and we are closing our projects. That was the worst thing to see coming our way at that time. I have also lost huge amount in the process and I am pretty sure that people must have learnt a lesson which told them to stay away from the forked coins. This is what happened now, most of the forked coins are not getting invested that much. They are not even tried and tested with the 1:1 bitcoin to fork ratio and get the free coins type of strategy as people know ots risky to do so and they may lopse money. Literal way of loosing our money.

I think this is a shameful thing that tarnishes the name of bitcoin and other crypto currencies, this has caused a bad deal for the world of crypto investment, because many investors have withdrawn funds and because they also make prospective investors discourage them from invest, what we can learn from this incident is that everything that happens in crypto currencies both positive and negative is very influential on the price movements of all crypto currency commodities

Bitconnect isba ponzi scheme kind of,no product or service to deliver,more reason why it no a wise decision to invest in such pyramid scheme, next time if you have to ensure you withdraw your capital and some profit,you can then take risk with the remaing profit. A lot of people have been victims of one pyramid scheme or the other if its not Bitconnect, it would be something else because at the time of being involved in it, every call to reason will be garbages while every fact finding missions will be interpreted as an attack against a "progressive" way of making money until everything came crumbling. I won't conclude that you are a "fool" because experience they say is the best teacher but would make such conclusion if you manage to fall into such unsustainable enterprise again now or in the future.

I am still remember about bitconnect and I was not participated at bitcoinnect investment because I know is more risk with investment system, many way why I have leave and not trust with bitconnect work system. That is why they all become a vitcim to this ponzi scheme. Many people whom invested in it did not make out all their invested money because they where tempted to invest more further because of their greed.
