Sunshine is a necessary ingredient for skin and body health.

Too much of a good thing can be bad.

Well, it's not just light, but many forms of radiation as well. Some of them are filtered by our atmosphere/magnetosphere, some not. And as was said earlier, too much of everything can harm, but you need sun too to be healthy, you just need to find some balance Smiley

Lol, it's a scientific fact that sun exposure can cause skin cancer, but we obviously need a bit of it.

anything too much is bad, so if you're out all day taking sunshine in your body, you'd feel burnt and probably take some chronic illness along with

I guess it can due to the different chemical substances used in producing the lotions and creams that we apply on the skin which are sometimes ozone depleting thus exposing the skin to excessive rays from the sun.
